The entire field is circular and 30 meters in diameter. There are three 5 meter long platforms that are floating in the air. If you fall off the stage, there are other battlefields floating around that you'll land on.

Saizo stood facing his old friend. Shayde was a formidable opponent, and he knew his title may be higher, but that doesn't mean he can't beat Shayde. Preparing himself, Saizo activated his Sharingan.

(Doujutsu: Sharingan) — Eye Technique: Copy Wheel Eye

Description: One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.

Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

Upon both of them finally being ready, Saizo began his attack. Catching Shayde off guard, Jakai caused liters of water to rise up from beneath him. The water would quickly encompass him and take away his source of air. The pressure would also be incredibly intense, as if being under the sea.

(Suiton: Funshutsu Mizu Kinko) — Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment

Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.

Note: Technique creates its own water source.
As the orb was being formed, Saizo would pull out and throw 4 kunais with paper bombs attached to them. One kunai would go straight forward, the other to his left, another to his right, and a final one right above him. The explosions would only damage Saizo even further, incapacitating him.

. With the new rules, he is currently Sannin Rank. Only differences from this change is that I have 1200 Health & Chakra, and don't currently have access to my Custom Element. (Nanatsu Shukenja Kaen) Seven Sovereign Flames

Description: Created by a group of Fire Style Masters who used their emotions to influence their Chakra, the Seven Sovereign Flames are not considered traditional Jutsu in the sense that the user simply gathers Chakra, adds various changes to Shape and Nature, then performs it against their opponent in Battle. Rather, they are the purest form of "Supplementary Enhancement" for all techniques that the user knows that fall under the Basic 5 Element of Fire. The user takes their skill in the manipulation of the Fire Element and combines it with their powerful, sometimes overwhelming, emotions, with the result being seven new types of Fire, each with their own special properties, all derived directly from the emotions infused into them. The Seven Masters all created their Sovereign Flames after succumbing to the repercussions of their own emotions. One was consumed with hatred and rage, and hurt the one he loved, while another gave up something precious to them, and was consumed with overwhelming grief and sadness. After their own traumatizing experiences, and eventual personal revelations, they all came to understand and accept the flaws in their own emotional states, and used their understanding of these emotions to further their skills in Fire Release, revealing their true colours as it were. The concept of emotions influencing Chakra has been referenced in the series on a few occasions. One of the best examples of this is Karin Uzumaki, a powerful Sensor-Type Ninja with a unique and extremely detailed form of Sensory perception. Using her Sensory abilities Karin once described both Naruto and Sasuke's Chakra at around the same time in the series claiming Naruto's was "bright and warm", while Sasuke's was "dark and cold", which coincided with both of their emotions during the Five Kage Summit Arc. Karin's description of the nature of both Naruto and Sasuke's Chakra supports the concept that one's Chakra is tightly interwoven with the current state of the users emotions, with this Jutsu using different emotions to directly affect and alter the user's Fire Release Chakra in unique and interesting ways.

The Seven Sovereign Flames are directly applied to one's biography, under the Specialties section as an extension of the Fire Element, thus requiring any user of this Jutsu to specialize in the Fire Element. Within this extension of their Fire Element specialty, the user must specify one of the Seven Sovereign Flames, which becomes their "personal" Sovereign Flame, which they naturally embody, allowing the user to imbue their entire Fire Release arsenal into that Sovereign Flame, each with their own unique properties (All of which are explained below). Only one user of this Jutsu can specialize in any given Sovereign Flame at a time, meaning two users cannot embody the same Flame at the same time. The Sovereign Flame that the user specializes in will always be available to the them at the start of a battle (in addition to base/ regular Fire Style), at no additional Chakra cost. Additionally, while the Sovereign Flames have their own unique properties, they are all still considered, for all intents and purposes, Fire Style Ninjutsu, and always follow the Elemental interactions and guidelines for regular Fire Style, regardless of any unique or alternative properties they possess. Finally, the effects of the Sovereign Flames scale with the Rank, size, overall power, etc of the Jutsu they are infused into, just like any regular form of Elemental Ninjutsu, with higher ranking Jutsu logically dealing more severe effects upon contact with a target, object or surface.

The Sovereign Flames themselves are as follows;

Asmodeus' Ire - Created as the result of his rage hurting one he loved, Asmodeus created this Sovereign Flame. The user must also know and understand their own anger to access this brutally crimson red fire, which is deeply rooted in all things connected with rage. Asmodeus' Ire grants one's Fire Style with the ability to barbarically consume oxygen, creating a Fire that is extremely volatile, and explodes on contact with any form of solid matter. This phenomena is also referred to as a "thermobaric explosion", and has the added benefit of severely reducing oxygen levels in the immediate area of effect of any Fire Jutsu imbued with this Sovereign Flame, lessening the power of any and all Fire Style within the area after this Sovereign Flame has been used by 1 Rank.

Alisa's Bliss - The end result from the overbearing joy that she brought into the world, Alisa created this Sovereign Flame. The user must also know and understand their own joy to access this vibrant Sovereign Flame, which is linked directly to the user's happiness. As she was never one to enjoy fights, Alisa's Bliss has no blatantly offensive properties, creating a yellow flame that grants one's Fire Style with the ability to blind all within Short Range of a Jutsu imbued with this Sovereign Flame, similar in nature to a flash bomb.

Diarmuid's Covetousness - Born from attempting to fill an empty, endless void in his life by accumulating material goods, Diarmuid forged this gangrenous green Sovereign Flame,which is deeply rooted in all things connected with jealousy. Diarmuid's Covetousness grants one's Fire Style with the ability to steal, or copy, the attributes and abilities of other Fire Release Jutsu it is able to make direct contact with, and successfully overpower. This applies to both friendly and enemy Jutsu, and allow attributes that stem from both the manipulation of the Chakra's Nature and Shape. However, any attempt to "steal" or "copy" the abilities of another Sovereign Flame will result in failure, as the conflicting nature of the emotions that constitute the Sovereign Flames will render each other inert. While it has no stolen attributes or abilities, it produces basic flames just like a regular Fire Jutsu, simply with a different colour.

Imogen's Sorrow - Imogen's perpetual sadness came from an ultimatum that shattered her life, with the resulting sadness causing her to forge her own Sovereign Flame by accident. The user must also know and understand their own sadness to access this silent, ghostly blue fire, which is deeply affected by the sorrows of ones life. Imogen's Sorrow infuses one's Fire Style with the property to exude an external endothermic reaction in place of the regular exothermic reaction, drawing in heat from the Jutsu's surroundings and forcing the outer reaches of the Jutsu to be "perceived" as cold. But despite this perception, at the core of any Jutsu imbued with Imogen's Sorrow still burns a powerful flame like regular Fire Ninjutsu, causing the usual burns on contact with a target or surface. The difference is the first moments where the Jutsu approaches an opponent, making them believe it's something entirely different from Fire Ninjutsu, thus giving the user a slight advantage.

Schifone's Acrimony - Unfortunately for it's creator, this Sovereign Flame was created from their abhorrent disgust for the world. The user must also know and understand their own disgust to access this pungent purple fire, which is connected with one's own sense of revulsion. Schifone's Acrimony grants one's Fire Style with the ability to produce an overwhelming scent, as it consumes more of the trace elements found in the air. With these higher concentrations of those trace elements, the flame bombards the opponents sense of smell, overloading it, while also effectively acting as an active marking agent that allows Olfactory Sensors, like Ninja Hounds and the Inuzuka, to track the target to the ends of the Earth, regardless of attempts to remove it.

Phobos' Recreancy - Born from a perpetual, crippling fear of the world, and the darkness within it, Phobos created this Sovereign Flame. The user must also know and understand their own fears to access this deceptively dim black fire, which is deeply rooted in cowardice. Phobos' Recreancy imbues one's Fire Style with the unique property to emit zero light, thus creating a black fire that perfectly blends into darkness, and is well suited for assassinations or deception, as it is identical to the famed Black Flames of Amaterasu, though obviously lacking it's unique ability to never be extinguished.

Rhiannon's Clarity - Rhiannon was a very unique young woman, as she never really had any predisposition for any emotion whatsoever. Eventually she came to understand that this was not the product of apathy, or a disinterest in showing any emotion, but simply the result of achieving a true state of peace, and by coming to acknowledge this, she created this Sovereign Flame. The user must also know have a sense of neutrality to access this surprisingly unique pure, clear fire, which is the result of enlightenment. Rhiannon's Clarity imbues one's Fire Style with the unique property to completely allow light to almost pass completely through it, thus creating the illusion that the user's fire is invisible. Despite this "invisibility", it still distorts any light that passes through it, created a "wavy" effect that can still be seen by the naked eye.​

The view was spectacular, and one Shayde could never imagine, even in his wildest dreams, of seeing with his own eyes. Islands, continents and many more, smaller land masses suspended, floating in the sky through some, as-yet-unknown means. It was a sight that could only be described as beautiful... And yet, it was about to be spoiled by the time-honoured tradition, and staple of the Shinobi lifestyle, merciless slaughter. It wouldn't be long before this pristine scenery was stained with blood, and scarred with destruction, the likes of which only the Uchiha could inflict... And as Shayde stood before on of his kin, and once-ally from his days in Konohagakure, on a small platform floating high in the air above some unknown Land far away from home, he couldn't help but feel remorse for the scars he was about to leave on this majestic sight... And wonder if this was some accidental reunion, or if Jakai (Oh wait, he got gender eye-reassignment surgery, and became a traitor Hyūga...) Saizō had sought him out deliberately for some reason... Perhaps it was for revenge? Shayde did destroy the Uchiha's ancestral home after all... Or were his reasons more "personal", and was this another Uchiha seeking to awaken their Dōjutsu? Shayde couldn't be sure of anything, but one thing...

"The lengths some people go to to start some shit... So, I take it you aren't here to chew the fat, eh, Saizō?"

His question was answered rather promptly, as Saizō activated his Sharingan, indicating his will to fight. Shayde responded with the same action immediately upon seeing the faintest swirl of red from Saizō's eyes, with both Uchiha activating their Sharingan at the same time.

As Saizō made his first move, forming a pool of Water at Shayde's feet, while having it rise to encapsulate him, Shayde barely registered it's presence, only allowing a sigh to pass his lips. He had watched Saizō's Chakra as he gathered it, and changed it's nature to one of a free-flowing, graceful nature, and went on the assumption that a Water Jutsu was to be his opening attack. In response, he began to gather a large amount of raw Chakra, just in case, which he would mould to suit the situation, but upon seeing how Saizō's Jutsu was affecting him, starting as a source of Water beneath him, before pooling up to envelop him, he had absolutely no reason whatsoever to be afraid, as this Jutsu wasn't intended to kill him outright. No, that was, apparently, beyond his capabilities... Instead, Shayde began breaking down Saizō's first attack in his head, planning his next few steps, and how the flow of the battle would progress over the next few moments. Shayde had to give credit where it was due however, because Saizō's move was rather clever. Attacking Shayde using an Element that was strong to his favoured Element, Fire, while also trying to physically restrain him beneath a crushing force, preventing his other favoured field, Taijutsu? That was as good an opening offence as he expected from someone who knew him so well, and yet... Shayde was completely unphased by the action, allowing the Water to rise as far as his waist, before even moving. The large accumulation of Chakra which he gathered was evenly distributed throughout his entire body, causing his tattoo's to glow a vibrant, neutral blue, initiating one of Shayde's favourite Jutsu, and one of his own creation. The Litmus Fist. As Shayde raised his hand, with a graceful, fluid motion, the tattoo's adopted a far more intense blue hue, clearly indicating that some form of change had been undertaken. Unbeknownst to Saizō, Shayde's interpretive, fluid motion had influenced his Chakra's nature, changing it to Water, the same nature as the Jutsu Saizō was trying to surround Shayde with. But as he would learn in but a moment, Shayde was not about to succumb to such a simple tactic, or Jutsu.

With his arm extended out to the side, Shayde began his retort. As he streamed the Chakra from his body into the Water that sought to envelop him, he began to twist his arm around him, at first showing signs of resistance. This was from Saizō's Chakra being present within the Water Shayde was attempting to control, and while, for the first moment or two, there was resistance, Saizō would soon watch as Shayde manipulated and bent the source of Water around himself, forming a water spout-like tornado of water around himself. But this graceful display was only matched by the ferocity of Shayde's next move... As the Water swirled around Shayde, using both arms to gather the Water into a stream around himself, after a moment, he released the entire quantity of Water Saizō intented to use to keep Shayde ensnared in the form of a constant, if brief due to the limited quantity of Water, stream, to knock Saizō off of the current platform, and on to another below, or, if Shayde was lucky enough, plummeting straight to his death, and out of Shayde's hair... Though, Shayde doubted he was that lucky.

(Nintaijutsu: Ritomasu Fisuto) Ninja Body Technique: Litmus Fist

Description: Developed as a form of Taijutsu Supplement by a Shinobi who used another one of their own technique's to help himself gain solid footing in the Nin-Tai genre, Litmus Fist carries on the concepts of it's parent technique, Litmus Finger, into new fields of use on a much larger but narrow scale. Where the parent technique was focused on creativity and speed through lack of any Hand Seals, this technique is solely focussed on collaboration with almost any form or stance of Taijutsu in close quarters combat, including Free-Form Taijutsu. The user begins by gathering a large amount of Chakra, distributing it equally throughout their body. Once this is done, the user then performs Taijutsu actions, motions, movements, etc, releasing the Chakra in conjunction with them. Just like with the parent technique, but on a much larger scale, these Taijutsu actions and motions are physically representative of the nature of an Element (An example of this would be using friction to create Fire Release Chakra, or loose, free-flowing movements for Wind Release Chakra, and fluid motions for Water Release, etc.), which cause the Chakra to take on the properties of, and change into, Elemental Chakra. From there, the user applies Shape Manipulation and the same level of creative freedom from the parent technique to perform various kinds of Ninjutsu enhanced Taijutsu actions, either creating the Element they wish to use from their own Chakra, or from existing sources, like a nearby sources of Water, or the ground beneath their feet, however, any offensive action involving an existing Element must originate from the users position, same with Elements created by the user. The user can also control incoming Jutsu, however, the Rank of the Chakra must be at least one Rank higher than the incoming Jutsu, in addition to the Jutsu having to be within Short Range of the user to infuse their Chakra into the Jutsu. Although this technique's extreme versatility comes at a price. After the initial kneading of Chakra, the user cannot perform any other Jutsu while the Chakra gathered for this Jutsu remains. The user can split this Chakra into as many attacks they wish to perform, (Within reason of course, so the user can perform 1 A-Rank, or 2 B-Rank, 4 C-Rank, or even a combination of ranked attacks, like 1 B-Rank and 2 C-Rank, Etc.), however with each division of the Chakra used, so too does each individual action logically lose power. However, this drawback is arguably the Jutsu's best quality, due to fact that the Nature of the Chakra is only changed when released in conjunction with Taijutsu actions, this allows the user to swiftly and accurately shift between Elements, and even perform numerous and extremely unique combinations of Elements. This allows the user to easily create their own unique "style", simply by performing a series of basic actions and combing the Elements those actions unleash, for devastating results.

All of the Elements utilized by this Jutsu can be used to either supplement the user's Taijutsu strikes, or to engage in ranged combat by firing the produced Elements towards their target, allowing the user to seamlessly shift between close quarters combat and ranged combat, without it affecting the flow of the users moves. In addition to this, the user is able to utilize more than the standard form of the Elements they perform, so for example, when the user performs this Jutsu in conjunction with Fire Release, they don't have to use simple flames, they could also use ash or flammable mist should they desire, as both exist within the canon list for Fire Release. A more detailed list of the available variants for the basic 5 Elements is already provided within the parent technique, "(Ninpō: Ritomasu Fingā) Ninja Art: Litmus Finger", however as a rule of thumb, if it exists in the canon list for the Element, it can potentially be utilized in some shape or form through this Jutsu.

Note: The user can keep this technique active for a max of 2 turns, and must wait 2 turns after it's deactivation before they can use it again. If the user does not use the full amount of Chakra gathered for this technique by the end of the 2 turn limit, they lose the remaining Chakra.
Note: This Jutsu can be used a max of 4 times per battle. This restriction relates to the number of times this Jutsu can actually be activated, not the number of individual attacks allowed while using this Jutsu, as those are already clarified and restricted by the amount of Chakra the user gathers and expends on each attack.
Note: Can only be taught by Iᴍᴘᴇяғᴇᴄᴛ, and only to those who have learned "(Ninpō: Ritomasu Fingā) Ninja Art: Litmus Finger".



Believing he had, at least, a few moments before Saizō resurfaced, returning to the current platform, or forced Shayde to move with some spiteful response, such as destroying the platform he currently occupied, he decided it was best to prepare. What with the entire payload of Chakra reserved for his Litmus Fist being expended in one go, Shayde was once more free to perform whatever he wanted. Grabbing his right shoulder with his left arm, Shayde bent his right elbow and began to tense up, rotating the arm around in it's socket as he used Chakra to harden his muscles. Due to how Saizō began this engagement, Shayde wasn't expecting a straightforward fight from him, but it was better to prepared in the event Saizō found the fortitude to face him head on. Thus, Shayde donned his favourite armour. One find beneath the skin... His muscles.

(Tekkai) Iron Mass

Description: After years of training in Taijutsu, the user has developed a way of nullifying physical damage. He will focus Chakra through the muscles on his body, hardening them to the level of iron so that even a sword only does a superficial cut on the user. Right off the back, Saizo knew Shayde would be able to effortlessly handle the water, but was pleasantly surprised at the graceful nature of his counter.

Interesting technique Shayde, I'll have to watch it more closely... Saizo thought to himself. The technique was seemingly controlled with hand gestures, but not actual seals, so it would be interesting to see if Saizo could replicate it.

Wasting no time himself though, Saizo performed a single handseal that would cause a wave of earth to begin moving from his left side before going up and raising him high in the air. Simultaneously, some earth would hold his feet down, disabling him from being able to move anything below his knees, effectively immobilizing him.

Description: After performing the required handseal sequence: Rat → Snake → Tiger the user creates and rides a wave of earth that can branch of to attack from a distance. The user can also use the technique to manipulate the terrain and trap the target by wrapping earth round their legs preventing them from moving.
The wave of earth would quickly carry Saizo in a spiral fashion with Shayde as the center. In a mere moments, he would've already circled twice around Shayde, sending a barrage of kunais and shuriken from all angles as he got closer and closer, but higher and higher up. At his highest point, the wave of earth would stand right above Shayde, and the spiral-shaped wave of earth would be like a cone on the battlefield, with the 3 platforms floating outside the cone and with Shayde, still immobilized, on the floor, most likely dead from the onslaught of shuriken and kunais.

At this time, after reaching the highest point, Saizo would jump onto the nearest platform and stare. He wanted more out of this fight, and he was only just beginning. He hollered out to Shayde

"Show me more Shayde! I want to see the extent of your power!"

Small revision to my Chakra pool, since I was de-ranked with the changes to how evaluations are performed. (Basically I got nerfed...) Base Chakra pool, at S-Class, is 1000 Chakra points, whereas I started with a Sannin's Chakra pool of 1200, so I'm removing the 200 difference.

1110 -200 = 910.




As Shayde took Saizō's own attack and redirected it back at him, he must have realized the futility of attempting to maintain it, and instead switched to a different tactic. With the water being effortlessly repelled by Saizō's new technique, as he began to circle around Shayde in a very flashy and chauvinistic manner, Shayde continued with his train of thought, tensing his body up, and hardening his muscles to a level comparable to iron. It never hurt to be prepared... And preparedness may just have saved his life, as Saizō threw a slew of Shuriken and Kunai that dug into Shayde's skin, but didn't make it any further, thanks to the sub-dermal protection Shayde's technique granted him. Naturally, having his skin torn open by dozens of tools still hurt Shayde, but it was almost completely negligible, only causing him to bleed somewhat, before the tools fell to the ground around Shayde, as they found no purchase on his skin with which to keep them embedded. While Shayde rotated his neck around, causing many "popping" and "cracking" sounds to be produced, it seemed Saizō was set on completely enveloping and burying Shayde with his earthen wave. Idiot... Creating more earth to try and keep Shayde fixed in one point when the foundation he was building this "prison" on was as small and flimsy as it was, was completely meaningless. Shayde didn't even need to attempt to try and "break out" of this earthen prison of Saizō's. Destroy the foundation, and the rest comes tumbling down...

Description: After years of training in Taijutsu, the user has developed a way of nullifying physical damage. He will focus Chakra through the muscles on his body, hardening them to the level of iron so that even a sword only does a superficial cut on the user. With his feet firmly planted on the ground, and no where else to go, Shayde gathered Earth Release Chakra throughout his entire body, causing his body's tattoo's to glow a dull brownish-orange, indicative of the colour of Earth, utilizing the Chakra to increase his weight roughly fifteenfold. As he did, a brief, yet unbelievably loud cracking could be heard as Shayde's body exerted a large amount of force on the ground for a brief instant, before suddenly silencing. The preparations took only an instant, but they were complete. As Shayde's body instinctively gathered the naturally formed force in response to the force he himself exerted on it, he channelled it through his left leg, before redirecting it back down his right. No physical motion was required for this, merely intense control and concentration. As the energy reached the bottom of his right foot, Shayde jarringly drove it into the ground itself. As he did, another loud cracking sound was made, this time with large, vividly visible cracks rapidly spreading out from Shayde's position. In a blur, the entire platform the two were standing on was obliterated, reduced to many shattered fragments, including the, heh, "prison" Saizō made, as the foundation for it's creation was fractured. Saizō was lucky. Due to the small size of the foundation, the force generated in return was, naturally, significantly weaker than it would have been if they were on solid ground. If that was the case, Shayde could have completely Saizō up in the destruction, but as it stood, this was the wisest course of action, as whatever mechanism or phenomena that allowed the section of earth to float seemed to fail, or had been destroyed, and Shayde and Saizō quickly found themselves falling down.

Description: The user begins as they do with any other RE Taekwondo technique, by increasing their weight and using the force generated by the surface they are standing on in retaliation. The user then gathers this force, channels it into one of their legs, then redirects this force into the other leg. Then, by driving the receiving leg back into the ground, and releasing the energy in the form of a pushing motion, the user becomes able to alter the very shape of the terrain in a single swift, elegant manoeuvre. This seemingly simple technique has a variety of uses, for example, the user could raise a large section of the ground directly in front of themselves in order to defend themselves from all manner of attacks, both big and small. Another potential application is altering the ground over a wider area in general, although not on the same scale as the previous example, allowing the user to potentially throw their target off-balance due to the wider area of effect, or to otherwise affect the terrain in a manner that is beneficial to the user. The user can even perform more specific actions, such as raising more specific fragments of the earth in order to attack colossal or flying Summoning Animals, albeit within a reasonable range and/ or area of effect.

Note: Can be used a max of 3 times per match.

Shayde then donned a brimming smile, with unshakable confidence, as he scanned through the nearby debris with his Sharingan, looking for the faintest silhouette of Chakra between the falling portions of the platform. Once he located his target, focussing on his torso, as that was the largest, most easily targeted portion of the body, and easiest to track, Shayde then called out through the destruction, taunting the young Uchiha.

"Don't suppose you've got a pair of wings tucked under that cloak of yours, do you?"

While Saizō probably didn't, luckily for Shayde, he technically did. Shayde's body was covered in blood from the almost completely useless Ninja Tool barrage from before, including some of the harder-to-reach places on his body, such as his back, as Saizō attacked Shayde from all sides. That's exactly what he needed for this specific usage of one of his most iconic Jutsu, and almost warranted gratitude from Shayde, as it made his next move possible. Pulling his arms back, causing his shoulder blades to abruptly touch, making contact, Shayde then channelled Chakra into the Tattoo's on his right shoulder blade as the faint shape of a wing appeared. At the same time, a cloud of smoke appeared at Shayde's back as the wing of a Griffin Summon appeared directly behind Shayde. This was, admittedly, an experimental usage of his Jutsu, so Shayde was bound to be inept with this usage, and would probably smack into some debris, but Shayde was determined to hit his target. Kicking off some nearby falling segments as they were falling, Shayde then imitated the flapping of a wing with his shoulder blade, as the Griffin's wing instinctively followed suit, giving Shayde more of a "boosted jump" than actual flight, but it was more than enough to reach Saizō.

Description: Created by a Summoning Jutsu savant known as the Sentō Shōkan (Combat Summoner) with the specific goal of allowing the user to combine both the Summoning Jutsu and Taijutsu together, he was able to create a new form of Close Quarters Combat. In the simplest terms, the Combat Summoner technique takes the basic concept of the Summoning Jutsu and allows them to be performed in conjunction with Taijutsu. As this Jutsu has its roots set in the Summoning Jutsu, this Jutsu requires it's user to fulfil similar conditions as the Summoning Jutsu, with minor differences which are explained below. This Jutsu is primarily responsible for introducing and explaining the concept of "Combat Summoning", and acting as a reference for derived techniques, all of which will logically fall under the category of Nintaijutsu. There are 2 key aspects to the Combat Summoner technique, the first of which is the alteration to and general application of the user's Summoning Tattoo('s). Instead of being a small, easily concealed Tattoo which is utilized for instant Summoning without Hand Seals, the Tattoo is applied to the entirety of the users body. Because of this it functions like an active map of the user's body for the Summoning Technique itself, with each part of the user's body being linked to a corresponding part of their Summoning Animal's body through their Tattoo's. This allows the user to Summon the corresponding body part of their Summon by activating the Tattoo('s) located on that specific body part. The second aspect is the actual application of the technique in battle. The regular Summoning Jutsu works by signing a Contract with a specific Animal in blood, then sacrificing a small portion of blood each time the user wishes to use the Summoning Jutsu, by wiping blood on their Tattoo, then applying both Chakra and pressure to a surface via direct contact. This technique's Summoning steps are almost identical, with the only real difference being a more direct approach to the "Contact" portion. Logically the user must still apply both blood and Chakra to their Tattoo's, and make contact with a surface, the surface mainly being considered the opponent's body, before the Combat Summoning actually occurs.

The following is an example of how this Jutsu would work within a standard combat scenario; A signer of the Toad Contract performs the D-Rank Taijutsu technique "(Kodzuku) Punch" with their left fist which connects with their target, while also meeting the conditions for the Summoning Jutsu. As they channel Chakra through the Tattoo on their left arm, which also has the necessary blood wiped across it, they become able to "Summon" the left arm of their Summoning Animal to reinforce their attack, which for the purposes of this example is the B-Rank Summon, Gamatatsu. Gamatatsu's fist then almost instantly "materializes" in the area surrounding the user's left arm, similar in appearance and function to how users of the Mangekyō Sharingan can partially manifest their Susano'o's arm, appearing in the area surrounding the user, but not "overlapping" it. This means that any harmful Jutsu that the user may have active will not affect the Summoned fist, as they would not be able to make direct contact, unless the harmful Jutsu has an extended range. Gamatatsu's fist also attacks the target, following the same general speed, trajectory, etc as the users attack, creating a two pronged attack, one being the D-Rank (20 Damage) punch the user threw, and the other being the B-Rank (40 Damage) Combat Summoner punch from Gamatatsu, resulting in a total of 60 damage, should both punches successfully land without interference. Upon the completion of the attack, whether either attack was successful or not, Gamatatsu's arm disappears as quickly as it appeared, leaving the user to plan their next attack accordingly.

Note: The Combat Summoner Tattoo's are designed and applied by the user at their own discretion, requiring the user to post this Jutsu in the "Other" portion, and describe the appearance of their Tattoo's within the "Appearance" portion, of any Biography that wishes to use this Jutsu.
Note: Although the damage of this technique is taken directly from the Rank of the chosen Summon, unique effects and abilities for any Summons utilized with this technique must also be taken into consideration, whether they be a result of that Summon's Biology, or some passive ability they possess.
Note: Due to the unique method of Summoning that the Combat Summoner Jutsu utilizes, the partial Summoning method employed by the Combat Summoner Jutsu does not affect the Regular Summoning Jutsu Method. This is because the Combat Summoning method relies solely on the actions and Chakra of the user for it's activation, and thus doesn't conflict with it. However, any Animal that has been Summoned using the Regular Method, and subsequently used up their summoning time, cannot be Summoned via the Combat Summoner Method. This is because when Animals are Summoned using the Regular Method, they expend their own Chakra to maintain the Summoning, and once they run out of Chakra, typically around 4 turns later, they become unavailable to be Summoned afterwords. The Combat Summoner Method adheres to this restriction because it's based on the Summoning Animal, not the method of Summoning.
Note: Can only be taught by Iᴍᴘᴇяғᴇᴄᴛ.

As he entered striking range of Saizō, Shayde then used another shoulder blade motion, and flap of the Griffin's wing to help him reposition himself, rotating on a vertical axis, before spinning around so that he was upside down, yet still aiming Saizō, before performing a form of descending kick, aiming for Saizō's head/ shoulders, and attempting to kick him towards the ground with as much force as possible, attempting to accelerate his descent, and hasten his inevitable death. Once this was done, with whatever time he had with the Combat Summoning, Shayde would use consecutive wing-beats and leaps through the debris to locate the nearest similar platform, hopefully rid of Saizō, at least, for the moment. If he was truly lucky, he would fall on to, and be buried by, the debris from their battlefield, leaving Shayde to continue on his adventure...
