You would know that I disappear, I admit that, but how would you know I pop up behind you?
When you notice I have already hit you with the first attack, and the others follow quickly, so you wouldn't really have time to perform your jutsu.

You'd come up from the ground, that makes noise, its kind of instant that I use the lightning hitting you in my circuler area

My taijutsu happens so fast after I come up that you would need exceptional hearing abilities or be a sound user to notice it before being hit, and as I said, my hits come in rapid succession.

you cant see him when he is undergroung the sharingan is not capable of seeing through solid objects the only dojutsu that is confirmed to have tha ability is the byakugan, so he can see u but u can not see him.

Now I'm just speculating from a logical point of view: Sharingan can't see through the hidden mist jutsu, if it even can't see through mist, why would it be able to see through solid ground?

In sharingan training for tomoe 2, the user will try to sense there sensei in different areas, including underground, so with my tomoe 3 I should easily know and know

Iv finished tomoe 3 training and I won't make mistakes and knowing where you are in different areas,
