I'll go with the bolder place if you're using Toph. Ame would just be your playground. ^^, love Toph btw!

Ragna somehow was sent to this randomn ass place that had randomn as boulders everywhere.

Ragna: Is this Iwa or the Twilight Zone???? Where did these boulders come from.

Ragna then read a sign that said Kaguya's droppings.

Ragna: That explains a lot.

Ragna viewed his target and met her face to face as he greeted her and then signaled that he had to kill her by flicking her off and lighting a cigar. He quickly performed the boar and tiger handseals creating a massive swamp but making sure it did not reach to his own safe area. The swamp was deep and snagged and pulled Toph in. In a hurry Ragna materialized a wind blade from his fingertips and aimed it at Tophs neck slicing it clean off.

Ragna: That was not pretty.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

after greeting back her opponent and somehow finding herself inside a swamp of muddy mud she quickly performs a single handseal showing her mastery over steel and makes two large arms of steel to rise on the shore of the mud swamp. by using some hand gestures, Toph makes the arms protect her from the wind blade, the same way Gara's mother sand figure protected him. After it, she makes the steel arms grab her out of the mud and put her on the shore.

Description: After performing the hand seals Tiger → Horse → Bird, the user will form two large steel hands that burst forth from the earth. The hands are extremely useful for offensive or defensive measures. These hands are large enough to protect the user 360 degrees around them and they are extremely hard and can crush bones with one strike. The hands can extend up to mid range and can mimic the user's actual hand movements such as grabbing or punching. Due to the chakra within them, they can perform either the Steel Release or Greater Steel Release Technique.

♦ While controlling the hands, the user can't perform any other techniques other than the Steel Release and Greater Steel Release Techniques which must be performed through the steel hands.

Once Toph gets on the shore and by using metalbending hand gestures, she makes two flat steel blocks emerge from the ground at Ranga's sides and by clapping her hands she makes the two blocks enclose on Ranga's body to crush it. The hands of Hephaestus were mimicking all her movements.

Seeing the steel construct protect toph Ragna spun around slicing the base channeling his Raiton chakra into the form of a sword/spear originating from chidori causing toph to fall back down before reaching safe land. Falling down Ragna created a singular smoke clone using his smoke blade on his back.

Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb its target upon contact but unlike others, seems to focus more on having a cutting power, like a katana, than a piercing one. Because of its cutting abilities, it often seems to manifest a certain "solidity"; a tangible aspect.

Description: This sword was built precisely for smoke users so they could battle efficiently. This sword has the elements of a wrist launcher mechanism attached to its base which can be operated through chakra to produce smoke and shoot smoke bombs. It’s main special is its ability for the bladed area to separate into shards and reattach itself, which is also initiated by the users chakra. When activated the blade will seperate into many shards as the smoke is released from within the blade to surround them creating a B rank smoke ninjutsu based attack against the enemy. The shards from that blade, which are each about the size of a small shuriken will move about within the smoke surrounding them to slash and strike everything that comes in contact with the smoke up to mid range of the user. Moreover, the shards work well with smokes lack of physical presence by traveling in the path the user wants the smoke containing the shards to go in. The shard will reattach in the original form of the blade when the user stops this ability.

-Can only be used by Smoke bios
-The ability is only usable 4 times per battle
-The ability of this sword is B rank
-Ability only extends to Mid range.

(Kemuri Bunshin no Jutsu) – Smoke Clone technique

Description: The user makes a clone made out of smoke. When it is hit, it turns into a smoke similar to the smokescreen the user creates. The smoke clone is mostly used as a diversion tactic like other clone techniques.

Falling from the hands in midair, Toph quickly punches the air between her and the swamp and releases a vortex of wind that will push her away from the swamp's zone allowing her to fall safely on the solid shore.

After launching the hurricane from her fist to push herself away from the swamp, still airborne Toph performs a single handseal and makes a great number of steel senbons to emerge from her fists like urchins. she then uses her chakra to launch the senbons and direct them to hit Ranga and his clone, that once her feet reaches the ground, the needles would reach him.

Description: The user will first do one handseal (Bird) and then, by using the Kōton chakra the user will make a lot of steel needles to emerge from his body according to his/her requirements. the user can shoot the needles from his body and guide them towards the target by using chakra making evading from the needles very hard. the needles are 7 centimeters long and they're very hard and able to penetrate through a steel shield of 3 centimeters thickness
note: only Pain... can teach it

Once Toph lands safely, she sends her chakra to Ranga's mind putting him in a genjutsu as she claps her hands together and places them on the ground. The genjutsu would make him see that once Toph put her hand on the ground, she released a 2 inches thick layer of steel that covered the whole 20 meters radius area around Toph, including the swamp of underworld. this should make Ranga believe that he is unable to use many earth jutsus because the imaginary steel layer would prevent him to reach the earth source that he would manipulate with chakra to successfully perform earth jutsus.
