This is a very strong technique because as soon as this is done every technique the user create using this will be pitch black and the enemy will not see them coming

we levitate and dont fall on the fissure as you get crushed by the pillar of rain which you didnt defend from =/
You only do that because you knew you lost and after my move but whatever. Sakon jumps as Ukon makes some pillars of earth to appear beneath us forming a bridge. Sakon continues with his move and you're crushed.

So It can repel Any element Except B-S rank wind Jutsu's Because elemental combination.

To block your Pillar of Rain and this would work becasue I did my other jutsu before you made the dark rain so my dome would apper when your pillar is about to come down on me
