FFX-Remake?!?!

Dude... so i just read there is a remake announced for my absolute favorite FF title.

If anyone could give me a release date on it that'd be awesome xd

I read somewhere that a possible release date was before March 31, 2013. So, maybe sometime around then, though I'm not sure because I think around that time SE is localizing Type-0 in Europe and North America. And the date I provided is a rumor, but hopefully it's true.

If it will be that long then hopefully they just remake the entire thing and maybe add more side quests and summonings :zonder:

I am, it looks very interesting, but Noctis looks like another emo, depressed character. I'm only really interested in the game because of Stella Fleuret, because there's something about her that's so unique.

Well, considering that XIII wasn't the best FF game, XIII-2 may make up for the shortcomings of XIII. X-2 was just meant to tie up loose ends in my opinion, but it did bring back the a modified version of the old ATB system in previous Final Fantasy games. The songs weren't too bad either xd
From what I've seen of XIII-2 it looks interesting, but is a tad cheesy. The whole Serah and Noel thing isn't that interesting. I would much prefer playing as Lightning, because she's well Lightning and I think her story is more interesting than Serah's because Serah's story is just a retread of XIII's original story: Save Serah or in this case "Saving Lightning". However, if Serah has some good character development than it will be just fine. Noel looks like a d*ck so I don't expect too much from him. Hopefully the sequel will be interesting, but with the bad rep that XIII has gotten, sales might not be that high. Good sales or not, I still plan on getting it.

i only like ff8 and ff10 and ff12 was so hard to beat Omega Weapon hes overpowered and ff13 was pretty cool though but Van looks lame in ff12

XIII-2 isn't out yet, it comes out on December 15 for Japan, and sometime in late January for North America. In Europe I think it's released in February.

Well I know what you mean, but then I read this:

Nomura has described Noctis as a shy and timid person, though he tries to compensate by "acting cool," as seen in his conversation with Stella. Noctis tends to act more openly with his friends, although they can see right through his false "cool" demeanor.

So he won't act emo around his friends at least xd
And yeah, the other characters look pretty cool to.

Well that's good at least, I was expecting a Cloud/Lightning carbon copy, but seeing as though he actually is shy underneath all his cool is very interesting, not groundbreaking, but interesting nonetheless.

Nomura even said Stella will be different from every other FF female up-to-date. Let's hope she's not a man in disguise xd

I never beat FFXII =/ My ps2 broke.
And FFXIII i hated how linear it was. I love roaming the world

They said the reason for her drastic wardrobe change, was because Spira was became different after Sin was destroyed and since she was no longer a Summoner, she didn't have to wear her Summoner robes.

That will seem a lot better then. I saw the trailer for it and it looked amazing

Yeah I also noticed that Lightning is pretty much the female version of Cloud. I don't have a problem with it though, since they're both badass nonetheless.
I can't picture Noctis being emo for one minute, then chatty the next >.>
And yes! Different is good! No more annoying FF females is good xd
Tifa will always be my favorite FF female character.
