How madara got hashirama's DNA into his body?

I know madara got his DNA in the last battle that they had long time ago but i meant like how he ''injected those dna into himself''

I'm confused and do you think that naruto can handle one eye of the rinnegan, because obito took nagato's eyes and he only using one, there is any possibility that he could get it, or maybe sasuke before he left he hideout.

That face is due to Kabuto, who resurrected Madara beyond his "prime".

Madara first received Hashi's DNA at the Valley of the End though, I believe, through his own means.

Idk how it was injected.
