I'm not very good with avatars, but one thing I don't really like is the green pen tooling you've done around the person. I think because you've tried to go for a greyscale image with minor splashes of a saturated green around the place, which is good. Then you've gone and added this bright green pentooling and it's not exactly looking great.

Text I think you could've left out for this, it's not exactly helping the avatar all that much.
