There is no such thing as black suprmecacy, saying that blacks are better than everyone else is not really black supremacy, when a race actually start to do the things they speak of as race supremacist, that's when it becomes real, so do your research and you will see why there's no such thing as black supremacy
Young i don't think he understands

You obviously do not know the definition of a supremacist.

su·prem·a·cist

/səˈpreməsist,so͞o-/

noun

plural noun: supremacists

1.

an advocate of the supremacy of a particular group, esp. one determined by race or ***.

He didn't downplay anything, he simply replied to a remark he felt differently on.

You said "imo" you can't compare the two, which you made am attempt to do.
Can you please tell me where I compared the two?

Are you kidding? Do you have any idea how bad Indians had it? Don't go spouting shit you don't even know about. Save yourself the trouble of looking like an idiot and log out.
You want to know what I know? Here is a little something I know. Saying that Africans had it worse than Indians over one person's experience on the matter is ignorant. Have you lived in either era? No. Who is to say who had it worse? Nobody.
I only replied to someone who said Blacks had it worse than the Indians. I am not downplaying anything here.
Well a couple reasons. You downplayed how bad the Indians got it first off, and I did not see him downplay anything, but if he did, my bad. You said there was no such thing as black supremacists but there were tons of white supremacists, which leads me to believe you are delusional or ethnocentric.

In my opinion, you cannot compare the two since neither you or anyone on this base has lived through any of it. Coupled with the fact that based on our phenomenology of slavery and what not, we will be biased.

How did I not know the meaning? A supremacist is an advocate of supremacy, now do you know what advocate means? The definition of supremacy is the state or condition of being superior to all others in authority, power, or status. There is no such thing as black supremacy because we have no power in this country to begin with, and since we have no power we cannot be superior to all others in authority, only white people have that kind of power in this country

"Are you kidding" "do you know how bad Indians had it"

That's an attempt of comparing the two.

As you stated "one cannot compare the two.since neitherr you or anyone....."

In trying to defend his remark regarding Native Americans, in him being foolish to speak of something he hadnt experienced. You compared how ridiculous is to say "Indians didn't have it as bad" by stating "do you have any idea how bad Indians had it?" This was putting the two on equal standing, which is why i refered to it as an attempt.

Your overall argument is what we've experienced, but if you've read the work of those who had experienced you would know the answer as well. Doing ones research eliminates all confusion

You think I am comparing the two, whereas I was trying to figure out how he knew so much about the Indians and their struggles. I was baffled when he said that blacks had it worse, and that was why I said "Are you kidding?". This is later evident when I posted "Saying that Africans had it worse than Indians over one person's experience on the matter is ignorant. Have you lived in either era? No. Who is to say who had it worse? Nobody." I was not comparing them, as I have said multiple times they cannot be compared.

That's your opinion if you feel they can't be compared. Personally i wouldn't compare the two, as any struggle is unfortunate to begin with. However, when doing your research on both the severity for African Americans is worse. Have you not considered the the timeframe? There are multiple things to.consider with each struggle and to argue against one or the other is ridiculous.

It's quite frustrating

You can give black people an entire country to make up for slavery, and there's still going to be people who are angry. Yes, slavery was a horrible thing. Yes, there are still lingers of racism around. But goddamn, look how far we've come. We need to stop saying "Oh this is all you're giving me?" and be grateful that we were lucky enough to be born in the time where we DON'T have to worry about having a separate water fountain, we DON'T have to worry about being jumped and killed by white people for looking at a white woman, we DON'T have to wake up at the crack of dawn and work till the sun starts to set in a cotton field, we DON'T have to worry about some white people hosing us down on the street.

I actually agree, if we stay focused on the past we'll never be able progress.

Not to say forget about what happened but take it, learn from it, and try to make a change so nothing like that can happen again.

You really think we've made progress? they make it look like we've made "progress" when really we haven't. Did you know that during slavery, black people owned 0.5% of the wealth in America, guess how much we own now with all the black celebrities and all, we still only own 0.5% of the wealth in the country. Financially we haven't made any progress whatsoever since slavery was abolished. Did you that there are more black me in jail, than were ever slaves? We aren't making any progress because the negros who become rich don't give back to the community, and so those in hood stay broke. We haven't made any progress, if anything we've went backwards.

No one can make an unbiased judgment on this issue. I am not going to act like I know every little detail about slavery, or the Indian's suffering, or what happened to the Jews, or the Irish, etc.

But what we can do is put the past behind us and move forward. But that is just my opinion on the matter.

I would love to see where you get your numbers. And I hope you are joking when you say you have moved backwards.

I agree, we should put the past behind us. This isn't an attempt to dwell about the past and get butthurt about it. It's about acknowledging what we've been through, but just blacks and trying not to hide it. The fact remains, the oppression may not be as direct and violent As it once was, but we still face similar struggles today, that are the results from our past.

Are you serious right now? To say we moved backwards is just appalling, isn't there an African American president running in his second term in office?

There's more to life than money, and even financially we've made progress our ancestors would only dream of living in Slave quarters without soap. Don't be one of those people who feels like the world owes you something because of what happened with your ancestors. If it wasn't for your ancestors you wouldn't be posting right now, stop complaining and try to make a difference in your life like they did.

People always mention "the black president"! Smh, we as people are far worse than we've ever been. If you disagree with that than idk what to tell you. Lol

Outside of the horrific conditions within our community, we're still heap shit when it boils down to everything. Are you not aware of the "New Jim Crow" and the prison rates? The lack of job opportunity for ppl of color? Ppl are so blinded by this blk president and those few they admire, they fail to look at things from a wider perspective

If you really look at Obama, as being black people coming up in the world, then I feel sorry for you, since he's gotten in office he has done nothing to help the black community, Obama doesn't even care about the black community, when you call yourself a mutt on national television, we stop looking at you as a "hero" so wake up, because there were more great inventions by black people when schools were segregated. Schools now aren't made to help black people. Did you even listen to the video?

Well, seeing as how negroes used to be slaves in cotton fields, plantations and households; hanged for their skin color; had to eat in separate restaurants; had to sit in the back of the bus; were treated like livestock instead of people; couldn't even vote, much less be in office and didn't have any rights, but we don't face that today, yes I think we made progress. Life isn't all about money.

Look up the racial wealth gap in America and look how much we own.

So when you say progress, what do you mean? Because we're still slowly being dehumanized

Those numbers are not entirely accurate, but you are mainly right. No one can live off of 4k a year, at least where I am from. I know a certain family whose mother cleans houses for 100-180 dollars a house, and does not file this in her taxes, so charts like the ones I looked up would be somewhat flawed no?

No, I know about our people all the way before medieval times in Europe. And as if the last 250 years we've made progress. The only thing is people that ***** and complain about hard it is and don't try and do anything to change anything in the community. It's the same no matter what race you are in poor communities around the world, it's not just black people in America. All of America is being controlled through means that are off topic and I won't go into.

And no I'm not blinded by "the black president" thing I just understand it. When I saw my great grandmother cry after seeing Obama become president after all she, her mom and moms mom and all they went through and fought towards a goal, I understood it, it gives you hope. America all together is screwed right now, we as African Americans are just as screwed as everyone else. I know the state of condition the country is in bad for everyone, I know many people of many races who are struggling to make ends meet and wondering how they'll pay their bills. I've been to other countries and have seen people who are going through way worst then what any black person right now is.

It seems more like you are the one who can't see the bigger perspective outside of your race, because if you did you would see we are all fcked. Billions of people need help and your focusing on one race. *Smh*

Your a selfish person and that is why nothing will change. You think someone runs for president and just helps one race? You really think that schools are focusing on failing black people only? Everything is screwed right now and your focused on your own race which is extremely selfish. You'll never be seen as equal if you yourself can't even grasp the concept of equality. Equality is helping everyone of every race.

Because if you look around other races are going through similar issues we are, everyone is struggling with something. And to blame it on your race means you're lacking in depth and perspective and don't really understand how the world works.

You don't know how I grew up, or the stories I've heard from family members who did grow up in that time. Anyway your lacking in knowledge on the situation, racism isn't something that only exist in the past, nether is white supremacy. White supremacy effects blacks more than any other race, it's because we're total opposites genetically, it will always be black vs white, because white people have very weak genes compared to ours who have very strong genes, basically the reason the white supremacist want us gone is because we are the biggest threat to them genetically speaking.

Yeesh....that escalated quickly....
