Sasuke did swallow lies. Naruto initially swallowed lies too, though. Sasuke did overestimate his power. Naruto was just told by Itachi that he was overestimating his power. They seem comparable.

In battle, Naruto's shown far better intelligence and far better insight. Look at when he beat the Third Raikage.
Ninjutsu: Sasuke. Naruto might have all kinds of rasengan but still not enough against sasuke's range of techns. From lightning based techs to fire to ms technques, not to forget the ems unlocks one more techn. This tech must be on another level if u need to unlock the ems to get it
Convince me otherwise. Sasuke and Naruto are both intelligent and stupid depending on the weather. Sasuke seems to have less 'doh' moments to me, and possesses higher intellect.
That was indeed highly impressive and a credit to Naruto's intellect. Sasuke's trickery of Danzou was as well though, wouldn't you agree.
Yea, no. Obviously I put Naruto for a reason. This is a catergorical comparison. Just because Sasuke wins more, doesn't mean he wins the important ones. Being better in more categories doesn't mean anything, in terms of OVERALL feats.
