FBI locked my computer..??

Run your PC in safe mode (restart and hold F8 before the Windows splash page shows up, select Safe Mode with Networking), then download the trial version(or free, doesn't really matter) of MalwareBytes and run a quick scan. It'll find and get rid of the spyware/virus.

Yup, this is just a fake scam. I saw a thing about this on Tumblr a couple days ago, and yes, this is the correct way to get rid of it. Just use safe mode and then delete the virus.

Most certainly a piece of malware.

Easiest solution to this is to simply reformat your operating system's drive and reinstall.

Reason being: These nasty little things get in and make all kinds of changes and back-doors that make them a sort of pandora's box of trouble. You can get removal tools and repair tools that say they fix all of the little problems they create - but I've found that it is usually best to simply reformat.

Which is why I always have a separate program drive and data drive. If I ever find the desire to reformat the OS - it's just a matter of taking the time to do it, rather than worrying about losing anything important.

dude its fake because I had it before, if you dont remove the spam of the fake pay fine you have to entirely erase your memory board.

Yeah, we have one similar in Germany. It's some trojan, you find guides how to remove it. You should get better protection for your computer.

The ones at work catch every possible trojan in the world. It's horrible.
