i saw an anime ( i forget the name )
it has the same story like naruto and guess what ?
the guy who was cleaning the toilet in the school ( the janitor )
was the final villian in that anime

madara has a disappointed end, he wasn't even defeated by team 7 and we all thought he was such a master mind. tobi had a childish personality and i always knew he was obito and i never took his seriously. black zetsu and kaguya was a disappointment, i thought he was so strong but that was a tragedy. i always knew itachi was not evil and everyone else was only a couple of chapters and became good by a fight. it is def orochimaru cuz he actually scared me, and that time i thought nobody could defeat him, and he was the fruit to naruto shippegun and pt2.

Orochimaru is still the best.
Orochimaru, easily.
Best atmosphere ever, i could feel his dangerous aura through the screen. He set the bar really high in Naruto for villains.
At first he looked like just another bad guy, fighting a couple of genin and stuff, then he almost makes Kakashi piss his pants, mobilizing two villages against Konoha, killing the Hokage, holding his own against two guys who're on the same level as he is while being handicapped... He was all part 1 needed, Shippuden continued thanks to multiple bad guys (Pein, Obito, Madara plus every important character the main starts had to fight to get where they are now).
Also, he's got a lot of personality.
