From straight anime I'd say Lelouch Vi Britania.....genius
Otherwise it is too hard to say between manga characters. Kakuzu is beast, Hinata reminds me of myself to a degree, Ichigo is protective, Unohana is a quiet boss, Shunsui Kyoroko so laid back, Luffy so simple and one thought minded (he always makes me laugh though), Nico Robin always calm and rather straightforwardly ruthless, I could go on -.-
Edit: Don't know why it skipped my mind earlier, but for some reason I've always like Tsukas from .Hack// guess it was the outfit plus the staff looked cool to me
