mmm, out of guns for me it would be the Octopus Gun from Saints Row 3. that shot these japanese animated octopuses that would stick to people and explode. really OP weapon but the design and animation when shooting were cool. the Squids would say stuff in japanese. next would be the Portal Gun from those games

out of swords it would be the Oblivion Keyblade from KH2. i also like Talim's Dual blade type weapons from Soul Caliber
