guy had a more in depth personality.... had a ambition.... had a good backstory too

Sakura can't compete with Kabuto's character development


Kabuto is also more then just a war medic like Sakura.... if someone gets a disease or has another type of illness Kabuto would likely be able to treat it or help reduce it

Sakura is mostly just physical healing traits like damage and poison to the body


Kabuto also knows how the mind works and specialized in multiple information of KKG, Sage info and DNA

he is a more well grounded doctor with more then one speciality
