My favorite is by far Kabuto. What I like the most about him as a medical student, is that his medical expertise goes well beyond "magic glowey healing hands". He gets his hands dirty prepping his Edo Tensei, he has a vast knowledge in anatomy and biochemistry, he created various toxins, pills and hormones for different purposes. Thanks to his experiments on himself he have gone from a Jonin to become a top tier. He is after all, the epytome of the Mad Doctor.
