1. Mu. I'm a sucker for bad-ass masked men. And Mu is the one of best. Has one of the most destructive techniques in Narutoverse, and just generally is a pretty cool character.
2. Tobirama, I dont think he's a very fun character on his own, he's way too serious, so he always needs to be paired up with somebody like his brother, but visually speaking, he's simply amazing. Has that bad ass and royal look to him.
3. 3rd Raikage. The man is a bijuu. 'Nuff said.
4. Tsunade. Boobs.
