I'll definitely pick Obito for numerous reasons. Mostly because, he's an important character with quite a lot of depth and focus while Rin is just this figure, i don't really consider her a character.

Hidan vs Asuma is a tough one and unfortunately they're even... which means my vote will certainly count.
All in all i'll go with Asuma. Hidan was one-dimensional, just an histerical and hilarious psycho, which is not necessarily bad, but Asuma hit me in the feels with his death and him passing on his will was just beautiful, so i'll go with him.
I also liked his abilities more than Hidan's. In terms of design both were good.
