Hmmm this one's tough for me. It'd be either Ulquiorra. (the best enemy of ichigos so far if you ask me), tensa zuigetsu, when ichigo goes to learn the final getsuga tenshou and captain toshiro histugaya and of course the man ichigo himself. Honestly, it'd probably be ulquiorra. Even thoough he was a cold hearted bad guy, he was anything but, all at the same time. An amazing character, i'm quite disappointed he ended up dead.

Ichigo becouse of his bankai
Hitsugaya becouse of this sentence: SITUPON THE FROZEN HEAVEN, HYORINMARU
Grimmjow becouse he is sooo damn cool
Kenpachi becouse he is UNBEATABLE and he still don't even have the shikai for of his zampakutou
Hisagi becouse he ROCKS he really supposed to be a captain
