honestly i believe saito does a better job of not wasting movments,but i see were your coming from. if not for the sakabato kenshin would have one hit killed all but two of his apponents. he struck first in almost every fight and it would have been lethal if not for his badass honor code

Start watching as soon as you can - 145 eps so far (will probably go on haitus for awhile in like 3 eps since its catching up to the manga) - No filler,100 percent canon,and great Animation.
