not exactly. although madara teleports his techniique is slower. i think its cuz he warps. anyway minato dissappears and reappears fast.

Anyway, Minato also can do a yellow-flash like Naruto but to be on safe side he do FTG, fastest T/S jutsu......Minato wins in speed against anyone in narutoverse.....

I contradict with you my friend, Minato could lose to Naruto in a foot speed race but very close coz yellow-flash was the actual title of Minato, foot speed creating a yellow trail behind whereas FTG is a S/T jutsu, making no sign of travelling through air...
