Nope. Anime is going to have Berserker almost rip off Gil's head and Gil admits that Berserker would kill him if he didn't have to protect Illya. It's confirmed by the prescreenings.

It's anime original fanfiction though. Gilgamesh was the clear top dog in the VN.

- EP15 Rin getting shocked by the forest is there but altered greatly to be less funny? Gil offs the meidos. Most of forestwalk is cut for meido fight. Illya is interrupted and orders Berserker to quickly kill the guy because it is not the one she was waiting for. The Irisviel talk is apparently Ainzberns brainwashing Illya and it is a replacement for Winter Forest?
- Berserker cries?
- A lot more fighting, we see camera spin of Berserker effortlessly smashing away GOB spam.
- Gil comments that if Berserker would not have protected Illya, he would have been able to easily kill Gil in few attacks. Gil says such threat is expected facing such a formidable foe as a legendary demigod. Calls his decision to protect Illya foolish.
- Rin tries to save Illya by gem attack, sees SHirou run out, looks annoyed. Gil laughs
