FATE BOOK I
The smell of fire filled the air, the stench of death roamed the land, this was war. As he walked by the mass array of bodies he could smell the putrid scent of the dead. He walked for miles and miles. His dark hair long enough to reach his back, dressed in his unique sleeveless warrior's clothing and trousers with boots. After going on for what felt like days he stood before a dome.
'The Sacred Rudon...finally' he said in his husky voice.
The dome had no way of an entrance nor an exit. He focused his eyes, which were peculiar to say the least (his pupils where white and every other part was black, opposite of that of the normal human), at the dome and pressed his hands on a part of it. The wall was pushed back and a pathway opened before him. He had a victorious smirk plastered on his face as he walked through the dark pathway until he reached the end of the road and what seemed like the middle of the dome. He walked in the darkness as if he could see in the dark.
'The Scroll Of Fate...' he said in awe as he grabbed the scroll but then the whole building exploded.
'Did you kill him?' a bald man asked another taller one.
'I'm not sure, Ingrid. You know how he is'
He walked out from the smoke and dust, his skin emitting smoke, and looked up at the three bald men atop a tree.
'Tensai Ingrid, Tensai Mellon, Tensai Eszna...so nice of you to join me' he said as the smoke around his skin had completely disappeared.
'Zagani! Stop this madness now!' Ingrid, who was the shortest of the three, commanded. Zagani frowned, he pulled out his sword which hung at his back.
'I'm only gonna ask this once...' he began to say as he walked toward them slowly. They all jumped down from the tree.
'...where is The Scroll of Fate?'
'Zagani, you know we Time users can't reflect on each other, so your spell is useless against us.' Ingrid said calmly
'Turn yourself in, Zagani. There is no-' Mellon's speech was cut short with a kick that sent him flying backwards. Zagani was now between Ingrid and Eszna, they both tried to attack him but before they could he clapped his hands together.
'Boom clap' he said and the whole area was cleared by a beam of light.
In the aftermath of the attack, only Zagani stood standing. he looked around but could see no sign of them.
'Come out come out wherever you aaaarre...' he sang cautiously. Instantly a hand came from under the ground and held his leg and crystals immediately began growing on him, making him unable to move.
'shit!' he cursed, it was then the three men came out from under the ground.
'My crystal paralysis spell will make u numb. It's over' Eszna said with a blunt look on his face. Zagani chuckled calmly.
'You underestimate me, Tensais. I am more powerful than you could ever imagine.' Zagani said, his trademark smirk glued to his face. His skin began emitting smoke again like last time and the crystal began to evaporate.
'What the heck is happening!' Eszna asked, confused. Ingrid ran toward Zagani before he could completely evaporate the crystal and pierced him in d heart.
'Your attempts are futile' Zagani said with a smirk.
'I am truly immortal.'
Ingrid's eyes widened. The crystals had completely evaporated so Zagani used his sword to cut-off Ingrid's left hand.
'Aaaaaarrrgh!' Ingrid wailed as he staggered backward.
'INGRID!!!!' Mellon and Esznar shouted in concern.
'Mellon is it ready yet?!' Ingrid asked. Zagani once again clapped his hands and was loading a spell.
'Not yet! Almost!'
'I'm sorry Tensais but you won't be able to use whatever it is you want to use' Zagani said and put his hands to the sky, he sent a ray of black toward d sky.
'Why is he sending darkness upward?' Mellon asked, puzzled.
'because he wants to lock us.' Ingrid explained as he fell to the ground.
'this world is dying, I am trying to save it!!! How many wars have to be done before you see we are part of this world?!' Zagani screamed at Ingrid in anger.
'The Time Village must come first.' Ingrid replied calmly.
'So u'd let innocent people die! While hiding in your walls?!'
'I can't believe I once looked up to you' Zagani said as he clenched his fist which was still faced upward.
'Dark Sway' Zagani said coldly. A large beam of pure darkness fell on the three of them. After the dust had cleared, Ingrid, Mellon and Esznar where all in dark orbs.
'You will confess' Zagani said but suddenly he couldn't move. His sword fell from his hand and went underground.
'What is this?!' Zagani asked, alarmed as his skin began to disintegrate slowly. The dark obs were destroyed since d caster could not control it anymore and they were freed.
'That was a close call' Ingrid said as he gasped for air. Esznar proceeded to stop the bleeding on his left arm.
'Mellon! Finish the seal!' Ingrid commanded and Mellon obliged by clapping his hands together.
'How did...The scroll!'
'Yes Zagani...the seal was imprinted on the fake scroll and when you touched it slid into you' Ingrid explained as Zagani was being covered by a semi solid susbstance.
'The downside was this seal takes quite a while to complete. But it was worth it, you will never hurt anyone ever again' Mellon said. He was already bleeding on the head, and his robe had partly torn. Zagani looked at them sternly, then smiled, much to their surprise.
'This isn't the end, Ingrid. I will return. This world needs a saviour.'
'You want to destroy the world you bastard!' Esznar retorted
'I would watch the whole world one burn down...if I would be the king of the ashes' He said as the spell completely overtook him.
'I will be back' was the last thing Zagani said.
'maybe...' Ingrid began saying, the seal grew bigger than bigger.
'...but not today' he finalised just in time for the gigantic seal to be completed.
'Verdona Seal Complete!' Mellon said and fell down from exhaustion.
PS: Tensai means Teacher. Hope you guys liked it
