Fastest Naruto Character

A lot of characters have been describe as fast but who is truly, overall the fastest?
Sure Minato has the fastest reflexes and teleportation but I do not believe that he can RUN as fast as Rock Lee or Guy. I personally think Rock Lee and Guy in Eight Gates with no weights are the fastest but that's jsut my opinion.

I'm more than pretty sure, I know for a fact that he can't and that Naruto is way way way faster than Guy in the 8th gate. It is just a fact laid out by Kishi. Guy and Lee cannot go as fast as Naruto just by the rules that Kishi set down for the 8 gates.

In fact Guy and Lee aren't even close to Naruto. They are behind both of the raikages as well, and Bee in his tailed beast cloak. Obviously if Minato already has a seal somewhere then he is the fastest but if not then Naruto is, by far.

you are totally right but there are 2 down sides to that

1. your going to die
2. it is very unstealthy. You would be going so fast it be difficult to stop because you are using brute force
