Everybody always forgets Tobirama, he was the the creator of Ftg, he has to be top 5

To be honest, I did forget about him. xD But, we did see that Tobirama's FTG was considerably slower than Minato's (pretty sure, unless that was a mistranslation). We haven't exactly seen how fast Tobirama's FTG is, so we can't accurately say if he's Top 5 or not.

I would put A above his dad.
I'd also replace Itachi w/ Killer Bee.

Edit: Forgot about Obito, I'd put him above the 3rd and 4th Raikage because of Kamui

kamui doesnt count minito is top cuz of kyuubi mode and hes already fast as shit. even with out FTG
