Does anyone agree and warning this contains spoilers!!!! Well if u don't read the manga

1. Minato (teleportation jutsu, Kyuubi mode, and sharigan like reflexes)

2. Naruto (kyuubi mode and the nine tails a fast tailed beast I'm not sure how fast though)

3. Third Raikage

4. Fourth Raikage

5. Itachi/Might Guy

I'd also replace Itachi w/ Killer Bee.

Edit: Forgot about Obito, I'd put him above the 3rd and 4th Raikage because of Kamui

I'd leave number 5 with just might guy. Also the third wasn't known for his speed but rather his endurance.

Third was only known for his endurance and strength, and itatchi didnt appear to be as fast. Gai with eighth gates belong in number 4 and number 5.. im not sure. tobirama?

I agree with all, but I think Might is way faster than Itachi. I mean, Itachi is fast, but not as fast as the others
