Both main characters die in the end. Itachi is revived and Madara is a tap dancer. xx Thank you. Both main characters will die by stabbing each other, Madara realizes than he can't rule the world anymore so he revives Itachi and decides to tap dance to Italian music for a living. Itachi is the god of the new world, he eradicates all religion and converts everyone into Itachism.
