theres a fan fiction section but some are good at drawing you should make a thread were people can make there own manga and post it or write a fiction and work with someone who can draw to make the manga like i cant draw but if i write something i can work with an artist to make the manga

You can put in the GFX section or Fanart..
Or even in the fanfiction section

but if it was its own threa it would encourge people to do it and make it more oranized and better and you could have contests and what not
