At first I was like whaaaaaa but then I was like Uchiha fanboy truly dislike each other and only support each other when it's a mutual dislike towards Nagato and other strong character. But has for the original question Nagato would win.

I healthy Itachi with no disease and no loss of eyesight would be extremely difficult to defeat. Can Nagato walk? Minato is always an x-factor because we know so little about him. I'd probably say Itachi, but Minato could surprise us. If Nagato can't walk, he'd be finished quickly, one amaterasu and it's over.
