Which chapter in Fairytail is it when a women, forgot which women but I believe it was Porlyusica, walks up to Mystogan in what I recall to be a barren wasteland. He was sitting on a rock and she had to tell him something about an army, then he throws a bunch of papers/rag/something on the floor which belonged to each of the forces meaning he took them all out already.
