The difference between the sexuality in good anime/manga series, and shows like Fairy Tail, is that the nudity in the good series serves an actual purpose, and is logical, while in other shows it is pure fanservice.

There is nothing wrong with sexuality in anime, but it has to be well written and must belong to the story and the characters. There is a huge difference between "intimacy" and "ecchi/fanservice".
And the fact that the sexualization of women in anime is a norm, does not make it legitimate or good.

But eh, Fairy tail is fun to watch/read, not as serious as Naruto. But still enjoyable. It simply comes down to what's your preference.

Anyway, depends on what you are looking in a manga. if you want some serious and sad stories with a highly didascalic content, then go with Naruto. If you just want a not so complicated story just for having fun, choose Fairy Tail.

Rewatch Naruto. Fairy Tail is a bad manga with a terrible anime. Naruto (without fillers) up until war arc is great.

And no, I tried that strategy as well like half a year ago (tough I only watched the fights) and guess what, a whole year of fillers left.

Honestly, you'd be better off finding something new to follow.
