Frankly speaking I kinda find Lucy X Loki weird just like many other implied, unless they give Loki an alive body, which is not happening in my opinion.U_U
If I have to ship Lucy with someone it has to be Natsu. I still remember that chapter where Mirajane teased 'Lucy'. Lucy's reaction after that was pretty much significant.

Jellal x Erza: Aspects of the pairing
At first glance, Jerza appears to be a “tragic/dramatic” type of love story. Or the two characters that should be together; deserve to be together… yet have chosen not to be for their own reasons. Here I will outline the aspects of the pairing that attracts many fans to it.
History
Who doesn’t love a pairing with a background? Jellal and Erza share an enormous history together. Jellal always encouraged Erza when they were kids. He inspired her to escape slavery; become free. The reason she even has the last name “Scarlet” is due to Jellal, giving it to her because it’s the color of her hair. He claims it’s so he won’t forget it. Erza, as a child, was asked if she “liked” Jellal. She did not deny it. Rather, she blushes. Erza tried to save Jellal back then; unfortunately it was too late. Needless to say, their history is beautiful.
Drama/Angst
Just when you thought their history was going well, Jellal was manipulated by Ultear. The person who influenced Erza; the one who inspired her to become free… completely turns his back on her. He comes up with his own theory on what it’s like to be free. Of course, Erza tries to reason with him. This results with Erza escaping the tower without Jellal. Years later, she meets with Jellal again, as he wants her to be his human sacrifice for the tower of heaven. Drama, drama, and more drama. Old feelings brought up, history spoken of, Erza is tricked by Jellal only to be attacked once again; the two fighting each other to death. No matter what though, Erza refuses to give up the old Jellal. Simone even says that she is still trying to save him, despite everything. In the end, it’s believed that Jellal is the one who saved Erza from being sucked in by the powerful magic, by sacrificing his body. Even after the tower of heaven arc, there is still some drama between the two, with Jellal feelings guilty about everything, being arrested, etc…

Even while he isn’t present, he is still inspiring her. Meanwhile, Erza inspires Jellal to live; that it’s a sign of strength. That he must face who he is and what he was.

Supporting my already canon Natsu x Lucy Pairing with Manga Evidences
Natsu and Lucy share one of the closest friendships among the other members of Fairy Tail, their deep bond stemming from the fact that he was the one responsible for inviting and bringing her to the guild. Natsu eventually chose to form a team with her along with Happy.
While Lucy often gets irked by Natsu's destructive and impulsive nature, she is also greatly amused by his childish antics, although much to her chagrin, Natsu frequently drops by her home unannounced, and once even fell asleep on her bed waiting for her. Natsu believes that Lucy is a strong person even when she herself doubts her abilities.
They both have a very strong bond of trust, the extremity of which was seen upon Lucy's capture by the Phantom Lord Guild, when she jumped off Phantom Lord Headquarters's sky prison, knowing that Natsu was there and that he would catch her.
Natsu is also seen to be highly protective of Lucy, not willing have her seriously hurt or killed, to which he always risks his life to keep her safe. During their time in Edolas, when Natsu heard that Lucy is about to be executed, he got angry and threatened to kill the guards if they so much as touch her. He is also very supportive of Lucy, as seen when he even brought her a job to help her pay her rent and to cheer her up when she was told of her father's death.
This shows how much Natsu cares about Lucy
In pre-timeskip episode of FT,when Lucy is afraid that this is the end,it is Natsu who holds the Lucy's hand and shows a piece of hope in Lucy.This proved that Natsu and Lucy are far from bonded more than friends.
After time skip they have many heart touching and funny moments together.This alone confirmed already confirmed NatsuxLucy Pairing and thus by ending NatsuxLisanna Pairing U_U
