It's just a matter of Mashima developing it. He usually likes to pair Mira and Laxus up often so it's only a matter of time till he develops their relationship. I could see it happening in the future tbh. FT has a long way to go till the series ends.

I can see it happening too. Mira and Laxus are two of the several strongest.
and he pairs Mira, Laxus, and Gajeel up always hence why I say Mira can be to laxus lover and laxus can be to gajeel rival.. Thats what I think
