I feared this chapter would have E.N.D., but instead it had Ichiya. Undoubtedly the MVP of the arc right there: He defended the Raijinshuu from Wahl long enough to repel the first invasion, he saved the guild from Wahl's railgun, and now he's going to 1v1 Acnologia, and ****ing win. Jellal's magic is cool, I guess.

Acnologia can eat all Magic? It's a good thing that Etherious Demons like Natsu use Curses, not Magic. And even better for Acnologia, because Natsu's "I'm Human" moment should have prevented him ever going all END ever again. Ever.

The new lady with Ichiya is somewhat mysterious, and I hope her Identity is revealed in the next chapter, but by far the biggest theory about her I've seen is that she's Anna Heartfillia, and honestly I can't think of a better option. How she's alive is somewhat questionable, except no it's not, she literally invented Time Travel. If it is Anna, I expect she used the Eclipse Gate, possible at the same time as the other Dragon Slayers (Who I suppose she just abandoned in the woods one day)

So once more, the fate of the universe rests in the useless hands of Orga Nanagear, the only mage in existence who's magic should be able to directly damage Acnologia. As a God Slayer, his magic cannot be eaten by Dragon Slayers unless they are out of magic already. Since Zancrow is Dead and Chelia lost her magic, Orga is the last God Slayer, and therefore the last person with the magic it takes to defeat Acnologia. We're all ****ed.

Okay, for realsies this time. Magic (Meaning Ki Attacks or lasers or whatever) has been innefectual against Acnologia, but brute strength has worked. Makarov could hold him down temporarily on Tenrou, Igneel bit his arm off, and just now he was hit with Christina. All of these are examples of non-magical attacks effecting him, albeit not very much. I would imagine that this would allow Magically Enhanced Strength to work as well. If Wendy doesn't forget she can enchant Dragon Slaying Magic into inanimate objects, I would imagine that would allow basic weaponry to work on him.

No he just noticed that Erza's scent resembles Irene's. Pretty obvious given the fact that Erza is her daughter.

Erza couldn't cut through Irene's dragon skin without Wendy's help.

Be it absorbed or assimilated their power!. So if he is a magic eating dragon slayer then that do might partially explain how he became that strong and how magical driven attacks are useless against him!.

So that do makes the only ones who have a chance to defeat Acnologia are either Dragon Slayers or Dragons themselves!. I think Acnologia can't eat dragon slayer magic!. Cuz there is no other way tho!.

Also let us put it together......now that we know that Acnologia can eat away magic that is thrown at him!. I think Zeref knew about Acnilogia's mechanics of power!. Fairy Heart being having a infinite magical power might work on Acnologia!. Maybe Acnologia explodes when trying to eat the magic thrown at him.........Fairy Heart!.

During the grand magic games, the "Knight dude", said Acnologia was a human turned into a dragon by Zeref (he's a demon from the book of zeref), I think he was a dragon slayer that was experimented on by Zeref, some precursor to Natsu.

OT: I actually enjoyed this chapter for a change, wasn't particularly different from classic FT, but was interesting nonetheless. Didn't like the fact that we're getting a new character this late tho.

Nice, we got some more information on Acnologias powers, found it really funny that he couldn’t smell Ichiya that was on a ship about to ram him.I wonder if they will end up luring him to the eclipse gate and send him so far into a future to where nothing exists.

OT: I actually enjoyed this chapter for a change, wasn't particularly different from classic FT, but was interesting nonetheless. Didn't like the fact that we're getting a new character this late tho.

That info given by the Knight, Arcadios is not reliable!. Cuz he said just what he heard and knew!. Not that it was trustworthy!. The later events in the manga didn't went like that!. Zeref first time saw the Acnologia after timeskip!. Doubt he is the one who made Acnologia into like that tho!.

That new character might be Anna Heartfilia is what I am hearing around lol.

I don't think a regular dragon slayer stands a chance at this point I think only natsu could possibly go against him in his complete powered up mode

The way this manga has been going - At this point - I genuinely wouldn't have been surprised if Wendy had powered up and killed Acnologia in one hit.

Really glad that didn't happen and he is genuinely OP. His laugh reminded me of Natsu for some reason, the few times when Natsu has laughed maniacally with the sharp teeth. I almost imagined Natsu's voice when reading it!

He is human and a dragon slayer but being consumed by Dragon seed like Irene. The thing we still don't know yet what Dragon that had trained Acno?

As others have said, that person at the end ist most likely Anna Heartfilia, and if she is, it is also very, very likely the way of defeating Acnologia has something to do with the time gate...


For a moment, before turning that page, I was fully expecting Wendy to battle Acnologia head on, that she has some kind of super-hyper-special-dragon-power that just happens to be the one weakness of Acnologia :xD:

I'm hoping the fight against Acnologia lasts longer than a couple of panels.
