I loved the chapter Overall.
BUT
I didn't like the fact that Elfmann and Lisana defeated the guy who gave Erza the hardest time of her life.

I'm ok with Mira defeating Jacob. He may Handicapped himself by closing his eyes but so did Mirajane by using her default Satan Soul.

I'm hoping August beats Gildarts just for the sake of his Hype. But yet again Eileen committed suicide so I don't have much to expect from August at this point either.

I'm guessing August has got some soul absorbing power which allows him to use the magic of the souls he absorbed? Back when Acnologia beat Serena, he shortly said afterwards that Serena was still with them. I thought that was a really weird way of phrasing things and then all this talk about souls in this chapter. It would be fitting for a guy of whom is said he knows all the magic in existence as the more souls you absorb, the more types of magic you learn.

He didn't come back to life. Irene used Universe One right on the moment he was being dragged into the Underworld and as a result of that everyone got randomly scrambled, which saved Gajeel. Reversing UO makes no difference as he would just be brought back to the place where he originally was being dragged into hell and without Bradman trying to do it again, he isn't going anywhere.
