I figured there was something off last week as how could a human be used the anti-magic particles? It didn't make sense because they were so devastating during the Tartaros arc.
Gajeel confessed :hyper: though only in his head. And as hypothesized it seems Serina is not down yet for the count, though the way how he still will play a role is debatable.
And Gajeel's dragon slaying mode is by far the most badass
From who did (most) dragon slayers learn their dragon slaying magic? Dragons. I've said this once before, but I think the usage of the term "-slaying" depends on the perspective that is used. Regular magic is mostly ineffective against dragons, but the magic the dragon slayers use does work, hence to humans it can slay dragons. However from a dragon's perspective it can be considered to be dragon magic that's used by a human. Human magic might be ineffective against them, but two dragons definitely can harm each other. The fact that dragon slayers start turning into dragons if they overused their magic, seems to support this. For example the flame magic Igneel uses would be exactly the same as the flames Natsu uses, but of course Igneel is not going to label his own magic as "dragon slaying magic".
Now if you draw a parallel with demon slaying magic, then Silver's slaying magic would in fact be the magic an ice demon would use (like Deliora).
