Well we already had black lightning. Having an element colored differently than its normal color equals being stronger; it's one of those unwritten rules in the mangaworld that you just accept without questioning because it's cool. Still doesn't explain where it exactly comes from, though it's a possibility Mavis taught him. The flash-back shows that Mavis was the one who told Laxus about Yuri and how they resemble each other, so she could have easily explained it to him how it worked and then he practiced it during the past year.
Still I would like to know the exact nature of this spell. I've tried to search for Mercury Fulminate, but that's a explosive substance used mostly as a trigger for other explosive due to its sensitivity. Though how that supposed to work in this situation is a mystery to me. The only connection I found was that Mercury Fulminate originates from the same substance vermillion (a red pigment) is derived from and as such the attack could be considered an homage from Yuri to Mavis, though that might be too far-fetched.

From nowhere random powerup was bullshit and what if laxus used magic barrier, it doesn't explain why Wahl got crazy after hearing that , it just negates barrier particles inside laxus body so what was the big deal in it just fight normally as you were doing... And if laxus know that spell before then he should have used from the start of the fight for better results right?
Laxus pulled a fast one on Wahl. Wahl got suckered in, hook line and sinker. Wahl was humiliated. He was acting all high and mighty to then realize Laxus played him like a puppet. You would be angry for less if someone took you for a fool. And what's the big deal? Those barrier particles were taking a huge toll on Laxus', he wasn't fighting normally in the first place. Wahl couldn't even believe Laxus was still alive, hence why Wahl was also so extremely confident in his victory to then suddenly realize he removed one of the biggest advantages he had by acting cocky.
And why Laxus didn't use the spell before? Since when does anyone use their most powerful attacks from the start? That's plainly common sense as putting aside the fact that if everyone would start one-shotting their opponents with their most powerful attacks it would be extremely boring and one-sided, such attacks often put a toll on the user and are normally not techs that can be used repetitively in short sequence.

Start attacking From your best attack would have one shoted Wahl would be the best for laxus, it would have took less injuries on his body than he had right
now. Laxus would also be in condition in fighting with one more springann if used his spell on starting of the fight. Even natsu used his his new move immediately on fighting with zeref without wasting any second. If natsu had wasted any time or magic on stupid attacks first then he would not have put up a good fight!!!
You obviously didn't understand the chapter. Laxus's whole purpose for fighting Wahl was to trick him into curing. If Laxus had just one hit koed then he would have still been sick the mbp's.
Again there will be no writer ever who is going to let all his fights being one-shots where a character uses his strongest attack from the get-go for the simple reason it's boring and too quick. That's not how you write a story. Seriously that's not even a sensible argument. It's also extremely dangerous because if it fails, the character is nearly certainly boned as you are using your most powerful attack against an opponent you barely know anything about. That's like gambling everything you own at once on something while have zero guarantee. That's borderline retarded. You can't even know it would have one-shotted him. What you are saying makes no sense whatsoever and is baseless. At least now Laxus is cured of those magic barrier particles, which you seem to highly underestimate. These particles were killing him, it's a miracle he was still alive. Laxus now has a far higher chance of continuing the fight than when he still had the particles in him. It was already taking all his willpower and strength to keep going before the fight, how was he supposed to keep going after he would have used all his power on Wahl? His body might be battered by now, but at least it's cured.
And I think you need to reread the series again as Natsu did not use it to its full extent. He didn't immediately use Igneel's power for a 100% as he went into a mode when they were already fighting. Zeref is also worst possible example you could have used as the guy wants to die. He intentionally tanked one of the attacks simply to see if it really could kill him.
