Not really sure I like this development as how is this even possible? When Zeref got introduced physically for the first time during the S-class wizard exam, he was just wandering around seemingly aimlessly while being a loose cannon. Everyone in close proximity could potentially die if he lost control of his magic and he seemed to have had a wish to die.
How did someone like that created a country like that and when? And how did he even fail at taking over Ishgar? The guy accidentally walked all the way to Tenryou Island .-.
Those cards are interesting though. I'm pretty sure that most people must have noticed that the last card looks like Mavis, "the key to victory is to keep the goddess close", which can be translated as much as that "obtain Lumen Histoire to claim victory".
