Wow. That second chapter was the best chapter of FT since who knows when.
I kinda like how he is talking to the Natsu inside the book of END. (Im still wondering how that book can possibly have another Natsu in there? Tell us!)
Zeref's curse of contradiction was stated by Mavis in FT zero but it was still nice to hear it from the man himself. But who would of thought that this god gave it to him? Well that still up in the air. Maybe there is even another mastermind behind Zeref (Kind of like how Jella was controlled).
Zeref Dragneel. Enough Said.
Also time traveling is dead. Zeref knew Natsu on the island well because its his younger bro. Natsu could not escape the runs because he technically is 400 years old.
Acnologia is human as well. So his dragon force completely turns him into a dragon?! Looks like we might just get that dragonized Natsu.
Acnologia vs Zeref will have to wait. I think Zeref was talking about Natsu when he mentioned that he would finally have someone that he could go all out against.

On a side note doesn't Zeref remind you of the FMA Brotherhood Edward Elrics dad? Kind of similar back story of immortality and forced to wander due to his mistakes.

Acnologia himself admitted that Zeref is as capable as him. As arrogant as he is ,this is the first time he's actually talking about someone as his equal or even more. It says something about my boy.

I am sure that fight will be off-panel'd.It is little bit unclear whether they agreed or not to me.Hopefully CR Trans. will clear this up.
I do feel Acnologia has greater desire to eliminate humanity. Zeref do feels saddened by his killings, he knows he might eliminate people because of his curse.

So I do feel Acnologia might become the final villain in this arc superseding Zeref and Zeref sacrificing himself in order to revive/save Natsu because of his knowledge in life and death.
Woah ! Finally read the Chapters, this the 1st time I have read the this late, anyways, the Chapter were epic
435 was really fun and the interactions were great
436 was really epic, a bit similar concept to fma, but overall epic
2 villains saying that they will eliminate each other was great
Btw, was ankhseram the character that mashima said will be introduced in this chapter? Or it was human acno? Bcoz human acno is basically acno himself

I believe it is Ankhseram.Acnologia having a human form is not something we found in today's chapter.It has been foreshadowed in chapter 301 though the appearance has been made in this chapter.

435 was full of laughs gajeel made the chapter wonderful and 436 was epic.
And the end of the chapter 436 they mentioned the next issue is a "Happy" development.Is happy getting a new form(adult) like carla & lily??????
I want to see gildarts,laxus,jellal,mirajane & master makarov.I wonder how strong they are now???

i still think its because the dragons were inside them unless zeref is gajeels bro too.
zeref's revealed to be natsu's brother and it doesn't come off as cheesy. nice job mashima.
i'm hyped for whats next, acnologia kinda looks like that dead godslayer zancrow at first glance.
this final battle is gonna be epic. fairy tail really stepped up after gmg.

Excellent chapters 5/5. First one was funny, second one explained quite a lot, who would have thought natsu was his brother. Now I wonder why Gajeel is that old as well Zzz

Yes Yukino and Sorano are sisters as well.I wonder when Mashima will reveal it to Sorano.
These 2 chapters were amazing, but there is still the question of if Natsu is END then why is he a child when he was once the most powerful and evil demon the world ever knew and was Guildmaster of the Tartaros Guild?
Edit: Also why didn't the demons of the Tartaros Guild recognize him?
And perhaps more importantly, how will Natsu and his friends react when they learn the truth?
I can't wait to see what happens, I am pumped for the next chapters.

You miss interpreted it. Ankhseram knew that Zeref got more potential than him so he choose to give his powers to Zeref because he know that Zeref can make better use of them.Didn't your boy got lol cursed by Ankhseram in today's chapter?.
Igneel lost against Zeref's creation though.:yeah:
Might be because Natsu had another form when he was a demon. Igneel somehow managed to separate his demon qualities form him and seal them back inside Zeref's book.

first chapter was meh but funny but the second one was unbeliveable by far the best chapter from hiro.Seems like that god might as well be stronger than acnologia and zeref.
Also this chapter shows that igneel might be almost as strong as zeref as well

I guess neither Igneel nor Acknologia is capable of killing Zeref. Zeref wanted to kill himself for so damn long yet never bothered by putting himself against anyone of those two and went as far as creating en entity just to kill himself which hints towards the point of Zeref being superior.
Another thing that should be noted would be that Acknologia openly admitted that Zeref is as capable if not more than himself. And he's looking for someone that can be a true challenge for him yet never tried to challenge Zeref which can be interpreted like Acknologia thinks he's inferior to Zeref. IMO Acknologia is slowly gaining power to challenge Zeref to a fight and kill him to prove his superiority. Which explains why he wanted to stop END to from being revived. Even if END can't kill Zeref, there is a possibility of him being able to greatly weaken him. He wants to challenge Zeref at his best so wants to eliminate any potential threat to Zeref so that can have one real one on one match with Zeref.
