Hmmm I'm going for that Gray is faking this whole ordeal simply to get more info on Zeref or something along those lines. I'm expecting this Avatar dark guild to be ass-whooped the same way how Orochi Fin ended up, though only it will take a bit more time considering Gray is involved. I'm kinda fed up with all these Zeref fanclubs disguised as magic guilds, so I don't want this to be dragged out.

I'm mostly anticipating Natsu's visit to Sabertooth though

It was already quite obvious that there was something going on behind the scene after what Lucy did in 428, nevertheless, it was still quite exciting anticipating the obvious, props to Hiro for the good bi-chapters.

Erza's whereabouts which were already painted in big read letters are now in big neon red letters *sigh*, i was hoping she went on a monster hunting spree or something, ah, well it could be worse.

There aren't still explanations for Gray's markings but we can as well mark Frosch's death down to unexpected interference, i can live with that.

PS: I wanted to see Lucy get cleaved... :|. chapter gets a 4.8/5 for me

What? Gray remaining a villain would've been good? Please, it's best if hiro went this route because, had he stayed with the whole "gray is evil" thing, you would've had alot of people whining about how gray is just another sasuke and everything so I'm glad this is over.

That is what I think when reading the chapter but remember Lucy using Aquarius Stardress when Gate is destroyed ?.She has that stardress even without Aquarius being there in the Tartarus arc and she kept it for sometime after the fight with Jackal.Stardress & Gates may or may not be totally connected to each other.So far the Manga showed Lucy only used stardress after summoning the respective celestial spirits so far.Also on other hand those stardress may not disappear along with Gates but will be rendered useless when Magic sealing chains are used.I am under impression that Lucy can use those Stardress at her will.It may get cleared as we move along with the manga.

Due to Future Rogue's time travelling to the current timeline I guess the timeline got distorted or slightly changed.There are many possibilities for Mashima to do with Rogue,Shadow(?!),Frosch.
