- Human Acnologia is strong enough to kill dragons.
- Dragon Acnologia is strong enough to kill dragon, but will loss of arm.

I'm thinking that Dragon Acnologia can only use some regular Dragon magic, while Human Acnologia can use Dragon Slayer magic.

Dragon Slayer > Regular Dragon magic, considering that Dragon Acnologia had some problems against Igneel, if he is stronger as Dragon, than he shouldn't had problem with Igneel.
