This chapter was OK.. and I use the word OK very scarcely until the end.. To where happy took jackal into the sky and exploded with happy carrying him.

1. The explosion was so big it was about to destroy the whole town.. Happy carrying him up to where he is still visible wouldnt stop from some damage to the town.

2. Happy is still alive. so that prooves that their Nakama power is beyond anytime of magic, or the explosions were just weak POS. I didnt like that happy didnt die.. I HATED IT. so for that 2/5 :)

It was ok but felt way too short

Looks like happy had a Pell moment there, I liked the page with Natsus attack but I would have preferred it overall if Jackal blew up the town and happy and Charla saved Wendy and Lucy and Natsu just barely survived the explosion ... Not that I really care weather FT is dark, it just that it would shut up those who will now complain about it not being dark and realistic enough ... Even though its a fun and lighthearted manga (manga = not realistic, well this kind of manga anyway) ... Also a town being blown up would just look cooler :)

The same way happy carried Jackal away from them reminds me of pell when he carried the bomb away from Alubarna..

I'm disappointed at how happy could survive an explosion that could have take out a whole town. Only part i liked was Natsu using lightning mode.

After the recent Naruto chapter suckfest (11 ... I counted) some might ask you "and ppl expect me to take Naruto seriously"

Even so my answer to your question is ... No, youre not really supposed to take it seriously, its a fun, lighthearted manga to pass some time and I enjoy it because I dont take it particularly seriously, same as i dont take himym or the big bang theory (the TV one) seriously, I just enjoy them for what they are

Ah I was hoping in the previous chapter Mashima would make Lucy defeat him.:erm: Oh well hopefully she'll defeat the remaining ones living:) But I'll give this ch. a 3/5
