[Predictions] Fairy Tail Manga 321 Discussion and 322 Predictions

I just started calculating a bit.

The current scores are:

- Fairy Tail: 56

- Sabertooth: 55

- Lamia Scale: 50

Now considering Jura was beaten, I take it that Lyon and Shelia are going to lose too from Juvia and Gray due to Unison Raid, but once again the latter two will be at the ends of their ropes. This earns +2 points for FT, also with Erza's power-up I got for her beating Minerva too. Because I think Sting is the leader, this earns FT +1 point, while Erza too is pretty much empty. This gives the following score:

- Fairy Tail: 59

- Sabertooth: 55

- Lamia Scale: 50

Now this still leaves all 5 FT members and Sting. So my prediction is that all 5 of them are going to gang up on Sting, however Sting is pretty much still at full power, while all FT can barely stand. So he's going to take them down one by one, including the one that's worth 5 points (Erza or Laxus I think), only leaving one standing, giving this score:

- Sabertooth: 63

- Fairy Tail: 59

And then the last one somehow still succeeds in beating sting to the a combination of feelings and the damage the other 4 inflicted on Sting, making this the final score:

- Fairy Tail: 64

- Sabertooth: 63

The flaw in it is that no one of the FT characters still remaining has plotwise a 'reason' to be the last one standing. The only one who had something with Sting was Natsu and he isn't participating.

Oh! I was wondering what/who that thing on her back was but it makes sense if it's Lecter. And I agree if it is him I think it's highly plausible that Sting would forfeit because he wouldn't have a reason to fight Fairy Tail. Plus he's been so emo since Lector disappeared thatI'm sure he'll be too happy to see him back that he would care about fighting any more :mew:

Don't know why some people are so butt hurt over Jura losing personally if he had won I would of thought that was to predictable, Jura's been trolling people since the start of these games so I don't see why it's such a big deal that Laxus won. (even though I said last chapter Laxus would win)

Also for idiots saying Jura held back...stop it no he didn't he was smiling because someone had beat him since I'm guessing it's been a while since he's had a truly competitive fight.

Erza is certainly in a bind that leg looked nasty hopefully she'll pull out a victory.

Gray and Juvia seem close to releasing their second origin...however I am curious does this mean Natsu never released his second origin in his battle...wow if that's the case I'd certainly say Natsu is now one of the strongest.

I think this will be resolved in a peace talk because it seems that lector escaped Minerva through the Cat girl that was tortured(forgot her name). Then Sting will give up and FT win!

This chapter was not good over all in my opinion and I am being straight up honest here. Laxus beating Jura was no surprise to me (still BS Laxus defeats one the top 5 wizard saints) because in the Fairy Tail there are characters that are protected by plot armor a lot especially Natsu. Laxus quoting Natsu is a no :sy:, Laxus is a cool character, but Laxus does not need to step down to Natsu level really. Erza was down for the count on her ankles, but she was able to rush Minerva still. Minerva has the ability to manipulated wave-like matter (war god magic) in her range and that is a op ability, but Erza was able to rush her. The power friendship once again no surprise, Erza stands up and activate her 2nd origin.

Every other team lost at least 2 team members, but Fairy Tail lost none? Am I the only one find that way convenient?!

I give this chapter a 1/5 this time. I just hope Fairy Tail does not get a full sweep in the tournament.

My friends... shut up. I know that Caliburn will eat out you guys for saying these stupid things.

The main theme about FT is that bonds between family and friends can overcome brute power. Laxus beating Jura was probably disappointing for many but if you look back to how Laxus fought against Purehito, it was to be expected. Here is a quote said by Jura himself- "The quality of the Magic itself is immaterial. He who has the stronger conviction will always prevail." Laxus's convictions overcame Jura's strength and one could say that Jura lost because he wanted to.
If you look at the whole fight, Jura used his rock techniques far too less and went for fist fighting. Either Laxus was too fast for him or he brought himself down to Laxus's level to fight him on even grounds. Heck... Jura wasnt even serious during the battle as much s Laxus was.
I predict that he isnt seriously injured at all. More like tired after a long fight.

You know a lot of people are alway so easy to use, or in fact abuse, the 'plot' the way you are using it right now, however it's just wrong. FT characters aren't protected by a 'plot armor', it is the plot. Everything that happens is the plot, while you make it sound like that there is something else than the plot. That same plot made a complete mockery of FT the first day of the Games.

Also the FT manga never cared much about sense and neither tried to make it appear like it did, hence why I find it such a great manga as it's something else for a chance. You are free to not like such a manga and even hate it, but don't read it and then start complaining about stuff that is inherent to the manga as then you are simply finding intentionally excuses just for the sake of complaining.

I suggest you do it too as the whole 'nakama' thing was present from chapter one where Natsu just laid waste to a port just because someone was pretending to be in his guild and for a girl he barely knew. In the beginning arcs there were by default not much characters that could be overhyped or 'fodderized' as you call it, as it's the stat of the story and those always serve as some kind of an introduction to the manga. However from the Tower of Paradise and Phantom Lord Arc it started to become pretty much like it is now.

So yeah all the nakama stuff was there since the start and the rest started too from the moment it was possible.

Also those using the plot excuse I suggest you look at every manga as All of them are ran on plot, you should just stop making excuses because something you didn't like happened.

And again for those people saying Fairy tail always win, why don't you go look at the first day of the games of Lucy's battle against Minerva.

I watched the anime in fairytail and let me be honest with you, even the lucy filler arc are way better then Hiro writing skills especially with this crappy tourney arc!!! Even alot of ppl agrees with me that fillers in fairytail are better then tourney arc.
