I believe FT will involve TIME travel. Ultear can control time.
So lets supposedly assume that the bad people mange to open the gate and dark times come. As said by ultear, if that were to happen, she can go back in time and fix everything, thats why she committed horrible crimes because she thought she would fix them anyways.
Since in future she can control time, i think she and several other survivors plan to save the past. One of the other survivors can be Levy and Lucy or even Erza. As seen around the end of manga, levy is crying with scars on her forehead writting about how all the people died.
The MY dear may refer to gajeel, since its future, they could have developed that sort of relation.
Ultear may have sent lucy/Erza back in time to save the world, Jellal came upon the future Erza/Lucy and was totally shocked, refering to the fact
"no way!"

every time Charlie has precognition, it shows that she does when she comes back to reality...as in the case when she saw the castle being destroyed, she was brought to reality by Wendy.

Moving toward the end of the magic games, the start of eclipse, the end (?) of Fairy Tail. Great way to get things rolling again in the story arc. I'm glad Gajeel became point man for this new twist with the dragon graveyard; there had to be a good reason for him to be left out of the fight.
This arc has been part recollection or journal entry with Levy & I'm glad we got a little more clarity as to a time frame. This is a future Levy and I think the mystery woman could be Levy or maybe Ur, who could be tainted with Zeref's magic because of Deloria, though I don't know why she would be back. The future Wendy wasn't a bad guess either.
Wondering what the motivation for Yukino is to be part of the eclipse plan, other than she thinks the world is so screwed up it needs remaking.
What is up with Sabertooth other than domination of the guilds? There must be something more to them.
And we don't know what the interest in Stellar Spirit Mage Lucy is yet! Lots of good stuff in the future!

It's called a flash-forward, the opposite of a flash-back showing what's going to happen in the future. Future Levy is in fact on some moments telling the story about the current plot from the future.

I loved the chapter. The girl, as others said, could be from the future. It seemed like Jellal recognized her, so she could be someone who cares about Fairy Tail, or is from Fairy Tail.

Either that, or maybe all 6 Dragon Slayers- I'm counting Laxus as he is 2nd generation Dragon Slayer- have to work together. We heard a little bit about the Dragon Festival, although we have no idea what it is yet.

I think that maybe it could be zerefs sister, the reason i think so is becuase the crime soucre says that the magic they fell is like zerefs but somehow different and then we find out that the persone is a woman and just like zeref the first time she sees natsu she crys just like zeref did when he saw natsu on the island. I'm starting to hate those kind of premonition from Fairy Tail. I DO HATE when Mashima put one page of future fate of this world. I love the chapter, but it's just... argh enough of this. Who are that girl? What happened in the future? Why Levy? Gejeel died? Dragon's Graveyard? Oh have I mentioned that this is such a trolling week?

Good chapter, it added a lot to the mystery of the current arc, and another premonition where we see Levy yet again talking about what's to come.
I've re-read some of the manga trying to make some sense of the premonitions, the graveyard and the mysterious girl.
The premonitions started off with the letter from Levy to Lucy.
Followed by the destruction of the tower in which the gateway was placed in as well as Lucy singing & crying.
Doesn't make much sense, all we know is that Arcadios needs a celestial spirit mage that has all 12 keys in his/her possession to activate the
What purpose does the gateway have? it's most likely related to the Dragon King Festival, as the festival also is called
The dragon graveyard, it makes me think that there has already been a Dragon King Festival, and the remains are from an earlier generation of dragons. A generation where the dragons failed to come out triumphant against Zeref's demons. So, where does the dragon slayers fit in this picture?

Does this mean that Natsu also lived during those 400 years ago? It would actually answer a lot of questions:
Like why his age isn't stated on his guild card, Gajeel is in the same boat.
Then there's the time when he couldn't get out of Freed's restriction spell where the rule stated 'no one over the age of 80 is allowed out', same thing happened to Gajeel there as well.
Then the thing with Wendy, where Natsu recognized her when he've never met her before.
Perhaps these three dragon slayers lived during Zeref's reign 400 years ago?
