1. Kushina died ONLY because of the Kyuubi's fang. She still had power to pet it. If u see what I mean.
2. Minato decided to do that because HE wanted.
3. Even Tobi admits that that time, Minato won.
4. He died because of the seal, if it wouldn't have been necessary for that one he would still be alive.

So, yeah, even if he died, he still whooped Tobi's ass. These are the true facts.

, go to the trivia at the bottom. it states-Kushina Uzumaki was the only jinchūriki known to have survived the extraction of her tailed beast, due to her clan's vitality. also on this page it states -rare exceptions of a jinchūriki surviving an extraction may occur, if the said host has high enough stamina. with that being said. i think i provided facts, to why i dont think that tobi "won". minato used the death reaper seal so that kushina may see him later in his life. thus when he did that, he preserved a relationship for Kushina and Naruto/ and saved the villaged from Kuruma. to me that is a win. i based mine with facts.

I think its odd no one has pointed out that with the logic of the OP that Tobi commits suicide, because I'm pretty sure Naruto will be his downfall and likely kill him, and since Tobi cause and effected Minato into sealing the kyubi into Naruto... I think you see where this is going.

No there wasn't, but if you look at the picture closely, Tobi is still swinging his kunai...Also, the Raikage commended the 4th Hokage on the basis of speed, nothing else. I doubt the 4th received that title only because he was good at teleporting from kunai to kunai alone.

as i said before and will say for the last time, minato did not win a fight he died in and so did his wife. I never said tobi himself killed minato so don't put words in my mouth please. But when you put the fight into perspective minato is strong as h** but greatly overrated. minato has only shown us that he can send objects to other special kunai, and he uses seals for speed. His reaction time is great but his raw speed with out justu is unknown.


During the fight with tobi minato did quickly figure out tobi technique (smart man). yet during the very next move tobi figured him out but got countered and hit. That was the end of their fight but tobi had already basically killed minatos wife, and the biju tobi unleashed would in the end kill minato. so how is it that minato gets praised for such a epic fail? I understand folks like the char,but facts are facts. I have no favs i just enjoy the show as a whole :d

2.raikage even says he is the fastest ninja alive now that the fourth is dead
3.tobi new what minatos moves where he did his research not all of them but he knew he telaported minato figured it all out in seconds even who tobi was
4. Minato chose to separate the fox from tobi he could have killed him instead of sealing him

6. Many ninja in the show praise him as a genius so people only go by the show to rate him
7. If you just like the show and have no fav why make a epic fail thread to put minato down

Dude the only way a Kage can be an epic fail is if their entire village gets destroyed with all the villagers. And since this never happened to Minato I'd say he did a good job.

You're dumb. The cause for Minato's death was the kyuubi, which at the time WASN'T being controlled. Minato > Tobi at that time, I don't understand why you would think otherwise.

#1 - Tobi planned this for years, and Minato STILL stopped his plan.

#2 - Minato destroyed Tobi's arm, Minato was unharmed.

#3 - Minato managed to stop the Kyuubi, save the village and save his son.

Pretty sure Minato wins, you goofy fanboy.

Just to set this straight; Kushina didn't die right away, she was still alive until Minato used the sealing jutsu that took his life AND Kushina's life, so in away he killed his wife lol
She might have even fought a little though I can't remember
