If people like Konan or Shikaku (who never seen how kamui works yet knew 5 mins was the limits) then Madara knows the mechanics of the jutsu. If he doesn't, he is smart enough to analyse it seeing as how Danzo's bodyguards knew counter for the jutsu.

With that being said, Madara can create a forest continuously for 5 minutes and more forcing Obito to use Kamui and then its limits are over. Madara charges with PS and slashes him.

Let's also consider Sage Mode and the abilities of the Sound 4.

Tobirama, FTG + Summoning Explosive tags = soloed.
Minato, FTG + mark. Then he can teleport him away and attack with w/e he can with impunity.
Obito warp to kamui Dimension. Lets him rotting there. Kamui + effective attack could also work depending on what obito.
SM has time limit and no where near enough for S/T blitz as even juubi jin was annoyed with it.
