Description: User creates a whirlwind of slicing wind. Originally used by Temari with her fan, there is a way to create this jutsu without a weapon. Performing quickly handseals, the user will gather his Fuuton chakra into the lungs to blow out a sharp gust of wind, which in conjunction with the handseals will create a gust of violent slashing wind. The wind created is strong enough to push the opponent back or create 2 inch deep slashes to his body, however the user cannot direct slashes.

Sickle Weasel Technique is a wind technique the utilize wind for attack. The User will quickly perform the needed hand-seals and blow a concussive wind that is imbued with their chakra. With the opponent caught in the wind, a tornado will raise into the air and hold them with the chakra. The wind will then begin to cut the target with the sickening winds.

Combine: Fuuton: Kamaitachi + Earth Techniques

These Jutsu can be combine with earth techniques (such as rocks) to provide extra damage to the opponent within the winds.

Great Vacuum Cannon is a wind technique the utilize wind for attack. The User first inhale in air into their lungs which then shapes the air with their infuse chakra and send it into their mouth. The User will then blow out a sphere of air at its target that can blow backwards the opponent and small objects around them.

The Jutsu can also be used a defense if used correctly in battle.

• 1. The Ninja is stationed when utilize the technique making him/her unable to cover their blindspot -behind and rear.*
• 2. The manipulation and shaping of the technique requires steady flow of chakra which proves difficult to utilize in battle when aiming for an accurate attack on the target.

How you would use it in battle: I would use this Jutsu, combine with another, to rip through earth defensive such as walls. Non-combatant would be homes or village wall.

How you would counter it: Normal through absorption or earth techniques because by moving the terrain, it can shift the opponent, utilting the attack, into a mis-direction which allows for an open attack. However, being a weakness, lightening can be aimed above shooting down or surge upon the ground to stun the opponent.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): The ninja inhale air into their stomach at which chakra is already build and stored. As the air and chakra fuse, the ninja pushes the air from their stomach, travel through their eso****us and into their mouth - where it is being being held. Releasing the air, the ninja exhale (manipulating the chakra inside to rotate couterclock-wise) as they shape the air into a sphere. The sphere of air is then forcefully blown with the ninja's mouth towards the opponent frontal body area, covering his whole body , to push him/her backwards. The rotation if the air is extremely dense, it is able to blow small objects around you.

Advantage:

1. The technique can attack multiple opponents at a time.
2. When utilize, the technique can close the gap between the user and opponent.

Disadvantages:

1. Nothing really comes to mind. However, terrain or environment effects the forming causing the tornado to distort.

How would I use it in battle: Enclose my opponent or when block by an object, I cast this Jutsu to surround them to prevent escape.

How would you counter it: With a wind technique that alter its direction or cancel it.

How you perform it: The ninja generates chakra around their body which circulates air in the form of wind. Manipulating this wind, the ninja can release it as several small tornados, do to the spinning of the chakra, towards their opponent.

The ninja generate and channel chakra to their hand to shape the chakra into wind. The chakra (or wind) is shape by the ninja to refine (thin and sharpness) to deal cutting and slashing damage. In a slashing motion, the technique is activated, releasing a slicing chakra wave which appears to be manipulated by the users will and thoughts. They are also able to use the technique in a rapid-fire, successive motion creating up to three crescent blades of wind.

Disadvantage/Advantages: Confusing the user who utilize the technique can compel the enemy to cause over-sight of the target. Should the technique lose cohesiveness, the chakra will explode in a concussive blast.

Therefore, the user can increase the direction and power of the technique to the maximum as a last resort.

Okay perform the Tiger → Hare → Dragon hand seals, thus doing that also gather up your futon chakra doing this shall allow you to summon a cyclone of petals to attack your target.

Perform: Fūton: Kaze Shingai is a Ninjutsu that unleashes a wave of wind that slashes at the opponent. The ninja produce chakra into their stomach which is stored and shape into wind. By inhaling, the ninja circulate the air inhaled into the lungs to be infuse with the stored chakra. The wind is spew from the mouth and manipulated as it is released as a wave of wind that slashes at the target.

Disadvantages/Advantages: This technique could also be manipulate from ones arm to throw at the target. It could be used to counter other smaller and weaker wind techniques. However, this technique could be overpowered by those weak techniques.
