Okay so im sorry if this was writen somwhere but i have a couple questions and i guess theorys.
im going to keep this short.

Madara died or almost died to the 1st hokage. durring that time he gained the rennigan, gave the rennigan to Nagato as a baby, and cloned Tobi out of (somoneone) and zetsu. to begin his Moon eye plan so Nagato would ressurect Madara when the time was right.

Madara got ressurected by Kabuto with Edo Tensin not Rinne Tensei. which unlucked his Rennigan AGAIN, Edo tensin allows you to use all the same jutsu. soo can the ressurected Madara use Rinne Tensei? with his rennigan

while i was reading this it made me think, how the **** would tobi know, where Kushina was going to be? and when she was going to birth it was completely classified

this manga leads me to beleive the uchiha clan and the elders had a hand in it, the only people who wernt helping durring the attack.

that lead me to beleive sasukes parents were on tobis side and somone was asociated with them.
Danzus and Sasukes parents. no where to be found

1. Tobi planted zetsu spores on Kushina and Minato at some point in the past. That way, he could know where they both were at all times, and how he was able to follow Minato when he transported.

2. Tobi could have warned the Uchiha clan to leave the village after he realized that Kushina had left the village. The Uchiha might have been slow to trust him, but they may have taken the precaution if it was Madara threatening the village.

but if tobi warned the uchiha why would they leave there infant sone in the village

renni tensie only revives people a couple of hours after there death and was killed by the person who is dealing the jutsu. so madara oly killed a few shonobi on the allied forces side so no need to use it

Its possible that Tobi's threat included forcing them to lie to Itachi and Sasuke and telling them they'd be back soon. Perhaps that was a way to fuel Itachi's hatred for war? If he experienced some of it in Konoha as well as the past war?

I've said this in another thread, but perhaps the rinne tensei's time limit can be extended by the Juubi's chakra

yea...they left te kid in the villiage is the only flaw with that earlier post

How else would Tobi be aware of the Uchiha alleged coup de tat (sp?) that got them all killed. Possibly everything is linked together. Itachi saw thru the whole scam hence Tobi admitting that after his death, "the thorn from his side" is gone.

I'm pretty sure it didn't say rinnetensei or whatever could only revive people that died recently. I'm almost positive that nagato said he there's still time to revive the people in konoha cause he was basically out of chakra at that point and there was so many people he had to revive if he waited any longer he wouldn't be able to. I'm pretty sure with full chakra and having only one person to revive he could revive whoever he wanted no matter how long they've been dead.

I guess we only have 2 possibilities he is either a sensor of some kind (most plausible since at one point he knew that Naruto and Bee came out from their hiding place) or he had some other way of tracking him.

Tobi simply must have had Zetsu spores on them. Remember when Tobi tracked Sasuke down and intercepted him? He said it was "within his powers". So if him and Zetsu are linked somehow, him saying Zetsu spores are within his powers makes sense. And the bit about Naruto and Bee, I don't think they had Zetsu spores on them but Zetsu was keeping an eye on the area, so he might have had clones strategically placed around the island.

As for the Uchiha, they were probably told to leave or convinced to leave for some reason. Perhaps Tobi got them to leave for something else, and they felt safe leaving Itachi and Sasuke behind? Idk but there are possibilities.

I don't think so. If that was the case, he would have done it long ago. Nagato managed to revive, what, 100 people tops? Thats about 100 people over a 3 hour span? Thats no more than 15 days worth of hours, so no reviving one person who died 30 years ago is not gonna fly.

BUT, if he had the chakra of all the beasts, or the Juubi to simplify it, he should be able to.

Where Kushiana was going to be was top secret. Only a few people knew about the location. I don't think the Uchihas / elders knew about the location. And the Anbus were selected by the Third.

well sasukes mother met kushina, so she knew kushina was going into birth, which is why i linked it.

and anouther question, i wonder where tobi got his 1st sharingan... cuz he only has 1 and i dont rlly think hes an uchiha.
