In my version I take my shirt off and flex. My friends now have a nickname for me and it's "Conceited". Makes sense. I worked hard for this body and still have more work to do, but none the less, I look in the mirror and see a man still standing and continuing onward. That's not self love, that's self esteem and admiration.

I've had the seeds of this self love or very high self esteem in the past but this year I just took it to another level.
