I want to laugh at the ones who claimed Madara's brother was in the casket. First what older brother fears their little brother LMAFFO, I'm sure the reason as to why Madara was the leader was because he was the older brother and like most older brothers kicked his younger brothers ass time to time. Second if some kid were to resurrect my younger brother's dead body I wouldn't sit their and say for that you can join, I would kick the Orouchimaru out his ass.

Kabuto could have brought back the real Madara maybe the real Madara can stop the impostor or if Kabuto brought the real Madra to the alliance they would get bold and attack.

As for kabuto his new power is great. With Oro's regenerating powers and his own medical powers he can take almost any attack. Oro has the greatest snake jutsus as seen when he faced the 4tails Naruto. Kabuto also has Oro's endurance and the white snake ability so he can recover from a battle like Naruto, he can have two full scale battles on the same day. His chakra levels should have increased too. Kabuto still wouldn't stand a match against Naruto sage mode or rikudou mode but edo tensei would increase his power level.

Lyk sasuke has surpassed itachi and itachi was the older brother but is less powerful then sasuke ,his younger brother ...
same can be the case with Madara and Izuna...

Not quite. You have to remember that Itachi was ill. He was using medicine to keep himself alive long enough to fight Sasuke and he actually wanted to die at the hands of Sasuke. On op of that, he gave some of his power to Naruto. I'm still sure if he was fighting at top power, he would have won the fight in the end.

Kabuto indeed has a degree of power, but in my eyes Naruto should be happy Kabuto is going after him instead of Madara.
Against Madara he would have no chance at all.
Against Kabuto he might have a slightly better chance, but seeing Kabuto can summon all the dead members of Akatsuki I'd still say Naruto and Bee will get captured.

On op of that, he gave some of his power to Naruto. I'm still sure if he was fighting at top power, he would have won the fight in the end.

It was not about the fight..
I am taking about the current level of sasuke with susano and mangekyo sharingan..
Now he can defeat his brother far more easily...

Then how do you explain Madara Vs. Minato?

Easy to explain really, Madara never even use Uchiha jutsu, no eye tech, only raw power.
Look at how many jutsu Minato had to used.
