It is basically implosion - a process in which objects are destroyed by collapsing (or being squeezed in) on themselves. It concentrates matter and energy; in this case, earth and lightning. It uses the two opposing chakra natures to violently destabilize the composition of any substance it interacts with to cause an explosion. The more chakra used then the greater the force and scale of the explosion
Yeah, pretty good. The first important bit here is regarding how we use it. So you're right in that it is performed through CQC. But it isn't completely limited to that. Like the Clay version, you can also create infusions to infuse other objects within your reach. So similar to the Clay in that regard. What you can't do with this version is create inherently explosive objects/masses of energy that explode. As for the research bit...not sure why implosions are relevant lol. We'll talk about custom development toward the end.Bakuton or Explosion Release is an advanced nature Kekkei Genkai presumably composed of earth and lightning-based chakra to generate explosive force. It is used by Gari from Iwagakure, who utilize it in conjunction with Taijutsu, allowing him to unleash a devasting blow on the opponent, causing explosions inside their body.
Strength: Strong against the Earth and Wind nature transformation because they cannot contain it.
Weakness: Lightning can defuse the denotation or Water can suppress the explosions.
What are we learning?
Instead of infusing Bakuton into clay, we are casting it through our punches and kicks. It is lethal in close-range combat but it requires contact with the target.
For research purposes:
It is basically implosion - a process in which objects are destroyed by collapsing (or being squeezed in) on themselves. It concentrates matter and energy; in this case, earth and lightning.
I would like to know about what Customs I can make.
That's a good question. It depends on the custom weapon's description. If the weapon has a durability of S-Rank, then no. Some custom weapons have the same durability as a generic kunai (no ranked strength), but are S-Rank because of their abilities. Others do have durability. So it purely depends on what's going on in the description.Cool.
And the research-bit was so I can get a visual understanding of the inner workings of Explosion Release and how the both Earth and Lightning nature transformation played a role. The reason I said it was implosion because it gave an accurate depiction of how the two nature's interacted. It was for my benefit in case I forgot. That's why it was relevant. If I'm wrong, let me know.
------------
The caster kneads and channels Bakuton chakra to their hands, at the same time, extend their arms forward, releasing the concentrated chakra in the form of an explosive blast from their palms towards their target or projectiles to repel them. It is a short distance Jutsu, which is better utilize in conjunction with Taijutsu against your opponent for offensive purposes. It's very versatile for Defensive and Supplementary uses, but I wouldn't waste a flashy move like this on some projectiles especially approaching close in front of me; Nonetheless, if the situation caused for me to repel them, then I would probably go with that. Other than that,
Does the rank matter when it comes to Custom Weapons? Like can I break S-rank Custom Weapons with it?
No. You're restricted to physical stuff, like fluids (although difficult to do with water, because water is inherently strong to Explosion), rock, stone, clay (think Deidara), etc. When it comes to fluids, the best way to do this is to infuse it into something volatile. This could be something like oil (toad contract for example), or a flammable liquid like alcohol.Cool, and another question: Can I infuse Explosion Release into the air? Or would I need to combine Wind Release?
-----------
I think the important part of the Jutsu is the lack of after-effects or restrictions it places on the User.
For the Jutsu itself, it allows me wiggle room to avoid high-risk Jutsu to then enter Close-Quater Combat such as setup my opponent up for a feint. Nothing more to say about this Jutsu other than it is short range, which I should be careful of my wording.
Punch: The caster lunges his body forward, swinging his arm to strike the targets face with their clenched hand. After the initial contact, Explosion Release is utilized to further drive the strike into the target's face for greater impact.
Elbow: The caster raises his elbow until it levels with his head, then will step forward and thrust striking with his elbow tip. Upon impact of the target's body, the caster generates an explosive-based blast that erupts violently on the target.
Final technique. Then we can talk a bit about customs and I can answer any questions you may have.Cool. And no questions.
